1 agrees.
how stupid, motoGP organisers strike again, they seem to do everything they can to ruin the series. they cant get the formula right (when they had it right with 990s), they ruin the commentary team (although this has thankfully been reversed) and now they're cancelling rounds of the championship?????
run races instead of tests - this is the biggest money saver they could do and it would be of benefit to the fans too!
why not run some back to back races in the US, or Europe? (or Australia? Eastern Creek?) cheap and lets fans watch racing, rather than read about the great tests they do.
why does this always seem so obvious to everyone except the people who run the sport?

Gibernau's MotoGP return confirmed.

What a waste of a rare motoGP ride. Sete has proven he can't do it, now he's just making up the numbers, he should go to Supers and let someone else have a GP chance.

2009 MotoGP calendar revealed.

Dissapointing they only race 18 GPs a year, they test on intervening weekends anyway, why not all do it together and call it a GP? Then we would get to watch and enjoy it too! This 'mid-season break' is a travesty, why do they do it? Just as the season builds momentum and is drawing millions of fans, they stop racing??? I'd be happy to host motoGP down-under at Phillip Island one weekend, and Eastern Creek the next, since they come all this way anyway... Why have to choose between Donington and Silverstone? - lets have both!
