"considering his experience this is something I must be proud of" indeed Jorge. Linking with that I heard Jorge is in negotiations with Yamaha for next season and so far there is no deal agreed. I just hope Jorge can come to realise the value of having Rossi as a team mate and what he will gain racing him closely on 'the same' machinery.

Well done BBC for missing the 250 podium and interviews. Instead they put golf on at the same time they had golf on another red button channel and channel 2. Yes golf on 3 channels whilst cutting the end of the 250cc race coverage. Won't even bother commenting on the commentary.

Lucky or unlucky? Max has had two huge spills this year and got off lightly. Watching todays crash...it could have been s much worse in many different ways. I think we saw a minor miracle that both riders walked away.

The cherry on the Rossi cake was in the post race interview where he said he didn't want to raise his hand to stop the race because he was leading. Real sporting gesture because I'm sure everybody feels that little tweak in their concience (spell?) when the guy winning is the first to put their hand up if it starts to rain.

eeeerm. For those that didn't catch it Eurosport commentators said: the weather forecast is for rain on race day...they don't race in the wet at indi (huh?) so if rain is forecast, and the race meeting has wiggle room on the scedule, MotoGP may be brought forward a few hours to avoid the rain.

5 mins to return to pits (box) does seem a bit stupid considering race tracks are large and anything can happen out there.

Just for anyone who wanted to remember Jonesy as front runner at his last race I put his last race on 'that video site'. The crash itself is cut away. Lets not remember him the way all other yewchoob vids do . Substitute the obvious in the following URL. Total runtime is about 15mins. www.yewchoob.com/user/DeconstructiveArt

Jack Mordino, I broke mine in a bike crash too but I was told the blood flow (from the single line blood supply) will keep flowing if the break mends quickly and cleanly. If it doesn't then forecast a future of arthritis there...:-( Happily mine fixed itself up pretty easily.

I was never really a Rossi fan and I always wanted Max to stick it to him. But of late I am eating plenty humble pie. His stand alone Bridgestone move now turns out to be (yep cuz I never believed him! ) a master stroke! I am a Brit and I do root for Toseland but..well..maybe coz of that I am reading it wrong...but he does seem to be vocal at blaming this and that for his drop in performance so far in MotoGp. OK he may have a pont with the Michelins...but I wonder why is he only aware of that now?

Sorry for O/T but I was saddened by the ''yewchoob'' video footage of Craig Jones (just his fatal crash) So I spent a long time learning video editing as have posted his last race video footage on that major video site in the last few days. Search "craig jones footage brands hatch" and you will get my (DeconstructiveArt) video tribute. Lets remember him as a racer father than a spinning rag doll. Thanks for your time. Bri
