MotoGP » Lorenzo states penalty case, Marquez 'fans like it'

A few points. Lorenzo has his head screwed on and saw how it affected Sete and Vale. I think he wants to avoid those types of mind games. Pointing to Lorenzo doing a similar move would be valid if it wasn't for the fact he was a little kid basically. MM isn't and has lots of experience. Talking of MM experience, on a BBC interview MM said criticism of his hard (overly) aggressive riding style 'goes in one ear and out the other ear'. This is a bad thing IMO. One should always be aware that you don't know everything and other peoples perspectives are worth considering. There were a good few times MM went into corners so fast he nearly rear ended Lorenzo. I counted 4 watching the race live. His overtakes were similar: fast, deep, wide. Only hitting Lorenzo stopped him going wide again. Combining some of the above - MM riding and his refusal to consider alternative views - I have to side with Lorenzo on this point and maybe only points will make MM have a second thought. Finally

MotoGP » MotoGP Jerez: Falls leave Crutchlow ‘battered and bruised’

Glad you weren't too badly battered. I noticed the BBC were blathering about podiums. Why not get off his back (as I see it)? Must be difficult enough to do this 'job' without the feeling you are letting people down every time you don't get a podium. He's a good rider, but he may or may not get a podium. That's how I see it - just leave it to what happens on the track. I'll enjoy it a hell of a lot if it comes and will be rooting for him tomorrow.
