MotoGP » Qatar MotoGP: Lorenzo wins - Rossi, Marquez steal the show

Guys n gals why so much bickering and name calling? Leave it to the race action rather than 'Rossi Is GOD' and 16 likes stuff :-/ fwiw on race action I think Cal did well under the circumstances. He closed the gap to the Hondas over most the lap but lost out hand over fist on the straight. The factory riders racing with him were all faster - compare the previous classes - slip streaming and overtaking on the straight. Cal couldn't even get a tow down the straight. This is my opinion with reasons. You are of course entitled to an alternative opinion with your reasoning. No name calling, no bickering. That's the way it should be shouldn't it?

Oh dear. Looked at the first page of comments and thought what is this? Schools out? Why the foaming at the mouth, like Rossi is your brother or best bud? How many multi world champions (to the degree of Rossi), racing all types of bikes and riding bikes since a nipper, ever forgot how to ride fast after 2 seasons racing the same tracks on a 'not so good' package? Rossi was always going to be up there if not at the front then then close to.

MotoGP » Qatar MotoGP: Lorenzo turns talent into pole

Not to take it away from anyone but Cal was on fire. Hope he keeps it rubber side down...speaking of which doesn't anyone find it a bit odd that with all the finances thrown at this meeting there isn't something than can go round the track and blow/wash the sand away. Nice wide track, one line. I know it would wash the rubber off but I'd rather see use of the entire track (different lines, overtaking and race craft) rather than what it currently is. Dovi is showing his class so far.
