That is so vague, how do you decide if an idea came from Ferrari? "Oh look, it's got four wheels, so does the Ferrari, so McLaren must be punished!"
More soberly, I doubt they'd be able to come up with anything that McLaren couldn't contest.

125: Simon, Smith hold formation at Jerez.
3 agree.
Watched all (or nearly all) the 125s last season on the BBC myself, so I don't understand why people are so worked up on this? Anyway, really looking forward to this season - hoping that Smith can deliver on his talent this time!

125: Simon leads Smith at Jerez.
Obviously this is only testing, so it's a bit early to get excited, but given that Bradley would have had one or two wins last year but for bad luck and mechanical problems I'm really hoping he does get a few this year. I don't expect him to be WC, but top five would be good.

The full list of BBC replies…
12 disagree.
I didn't get a chance to take part in the original thread (bit pointless now) but I'm in the pro-bbc camp here. You can't blame them for what goes on between Eurosport and Dorna, and with the exception of Charlie Cox their team is great. However what all you anti-beeb guys are ranting on about is that the hardcore aren't being properly catered for. But the beeb's job is to bring motogp to as wide an audience as possible, not just to satisfy the hardcore, so stop whinging like spoiled children and be grateful that you still get to watch motogp even though eurosport have cocked up.

Specifications for 'Moto2' revealed.
The other thing is that two cyclinder, three cyclinder and four cylinder engines will all have different rev limits, for all those of you worried about how they can be equalised.

Specifications for 'Moto2' revealed.

-The engines supplier would need to prove the engines were the same so would have to let inspector split their own engines to to check they were the same. From the rules: Teams will be required to register engine serial numbers at Technical Control on the day before the first practice.

Smith column: Polaris farewell.
1 agrees.
3 disagree.
I hope next season isn't as wet as this one. Can't believe how wet it's been all the way round the world! If it wasn't for all the rain then Bradley would have won one or two for sure - almost definitely in France. Still, it's going to keep him hungry for success, which is the silver lining for me. It'll be great to see him on the Aspar next year, and I hope to be back at Donington in my bright orange 38 t-shirt again!

Cracking race Bradley, let''s hope for a good qualifying session this time, and a finish one place higher - though I''m sure all the home riders will be trying extra hard.

125: Talmacsi resists Smith at Sepang.
1 agrees.
Once again a much better race than qualifying, not sure if he would have been able to get past Talmacsi even had he caught him - he didn't last time that situation arose - but still showed once again that he's one of the fastest riders out there.

It took Honda a few years to become competitive in motorsport when they started. I don't expect Loncin to do much in the first season, but they have so much potential...

I can't agree with you Grim Turtle, he has plenty of respect for Rossi but it would only be a problem if he gave Rossi extra room because of that respect. He did none of that, he attacked him straight back and gave Rossi more of a fight than any of the other guys Rossi passed. He respects Rossi, but it seems like it's the other guys who are in awe of Rossi.
