RECOMMENDED COMMENT
32 agree.
3 disagree.
That is so vague, how do you decide if an idea came from Ferrari? "Oh look, it's got four wheels, so does the Ferrari, so McLaren must be punished!"
More soberly, I doubt they'd be able to come up with anything that McLaren couldn't contest.

Smith column: 90 per cent happy.

Agree with all the positive comments - and with the article too. If you're the only one staying with Gabor then you're doing something right! A good race and that little bit of luck and you'll have your victory before you know it - and you might not need the luck.

125: Talmacsi wins Misano, di Meglio down.
3 agree.
2 disagree.
Great race from Gabor and Bradley - it says a lot about Bradders that he was the only one to take the fight to Gabor. We know Gabor has class, Bradley is starting to show his potential at last. That win must come soon! And bad luck for Scott Redding too, such a shame after yet again outperforming the bike.

I'm not sure sure if you think Mclaren do or don't have TC, Yogui? If you think they do then I suggest you tell the scrutineers. With all your evidence of course.

Judge rules for Mosley in High Court case.
1 agrees.
4 disagree.
I changed my mind about this case when it became obvious there was no Nazi element. Also the women involved are not really prostitutes, they are dominatrices.

Lorenzo suffers broken foot.
1 agrees.
1 disagrees.
Gutted for Lorenzo, hope he heals quick. He needs to get back in the running for rookie of the year, that's the only thing he can win now. That was a spectacular crash, landed on his head as well, hope he doesn't have concussion again.

BBC extends MotoGP TV deal.
2 agree.
1 disagrees.
I'm glad the BBC have extended their deal. I don't have cable or satellite and I don't want to have to get it. I couldn't care less what the Eurosport commentary team are like, you can't miss what you've never had. Having said that I do think Charlie Cox is a prat, Steve Parrish is ok now he's stopped going on about how Rossi's going to regret changing tyres, Suzi's great - good rapport with riders and gets good comments from them, and Matt is likeable and asks sensible questions in parc ferme. So just change Coxy for me. I would prefer clear listings of what's going to be on the BBCi channels, AFAIK I can't bring up the schedule on my EPG.

Donington has no F1 planning permission.
1 agrees.
1 disagrees.
I don't think donington will have needed to wait to submit planning applications. After all a planning application doesn't need to be implemented, and once you have a basic application approved it is then much easier to get variations approved. I'm stunned to find out that they haven't got anything already approved, I'd have thought this a basic prerequisite for the deal to go ahead. There was an outside chance that work could start before 2010, (but absolutely no chance that it would be finished) and that chance has just got smaller. What a shambles.

Hamilton walks on water for British GP glory.
1 agrees.
I loved the no traction control, you could really tell which drivers had a good feel for the car, and Lewis was clearly the best (and Massa the worst). I am a Lewis fan, but I think I'd be saying that even if I weren't. Ferrari messed up completely, and Ross Brawn showed he still has that 'class above' feel for strategy - but for the fuel rig problem Barichello had 2nd. I don't give all the credit to Ross, but the way the team is going with him at the helm speaks volumes.

Donington Park F1 deal not set in stone.
2 agree.
Richard, fortunately this year I managed to get a great parking space and was out quickly - but I feel your pain. A few years ago it took me at least five hours to get out from being parked for camping. However, I actually think that will be the least of the problems in terms of money, but getting planning applications approved for linking into the road network will be time-consuming. I hope they're already submitted!

Donington Park F1 deal not set in stone.

"Fan-based debenture"? So he doesn''t have the money then? That''s an awful lot of money to raise in less than a year - work will surely have to start within the year, although I suppose not all of the money needs raising right away.
