I hope Tony doesn't screw up the start. If he smells blood, he'll hit that first turn like a madman and given the traction on that turn in the wet, who knows what will happen. Fingers crossed that we get a good race.

I lost a lot of respect for Stoner after his comments which won’t be gotten back easily. He really came across as a whiner and a prima donna. Now that Rossi has his number, it should make for some great racing during the rest of the season – it would also be nice if Rossi’s Yami picked up a few extra ponies over the summer just to even things up on the straights

I was never really a NH fan until the pedrobot started slagging him off but now I'm actually hoping he goes to Ducati next year - and gives both Pedrosa and Stoner a run for their money. Regardless of either Dani or Casey's riding ability, they both seem like primadonna's to me. I hope we see a few more races like last week before the season ends

I don't know about anyone else but I'm looking forward to the second half of the season especially if Sete Gibernau takes Melandri’s spot. Rossi will have two riders who he’s managed to psych out, both on bikes that are faster than his to fight with. This will be fun to watch

This is actually getting kind of interesting - If stoner has (as they say) an extra 10 HP and Rossi can ride around six or so, on paper he should get a podium but probably not win. I hope Yamaha has something in their little black bag that they can pull out over the summer break. I just hope it's not another runaway - they get so boring to watch.

This is probably the wrong place to ask but does anybody know why speed tv (in the US)is not broadcasting the next couple of races. There is nothing scheduled to be shown until August 31st. I hope they're not going to wheel freddie spencer out and bore us to death again

It's unfortunate that all we see lately is somebody running away with the lead and maybe a good fight for next three or four positions if we're lucky. On any given day, stoner or pedrossa can take off and win from the front but rossi seems to be one of the few that can fight it out and really make a race of it. It is what it is I guess but it would be nice to see more dog fights for first place - good old fashined on the edge of your seat stuff.
