It looks like he's doing what Casey Stoner did a few years back but as they say, you can teach a fast rider not to fall off but you can't teach a slow rider to go fast. I guess that means he'll win next year

That's what I like about Rossi - not only is he a great racer but he's entertaining as well. I guess that's why they pay him the big bucks

Honestly, does anybody really care what livery they wear? This seems to be coming more common this year. The racing gets worse but they wear really nice leathers.

I think it's taken him this long to realize what an *ss he made of himself. He's pretty much torpedoed his career and I think he’s trying to dig himself out. The legal challenge is all just smoke and mirrors.

Clutch problems aside, it was good to see a decent race for a change. I hope the rest of the season is as good regardless of who comes out on top.

I was watching Stoner at Laguna Seca during practice and once he picked his line he never missed by more than a couple of inches each time. Everyone else was trying different things but he stuck to it and just kept going. Time will tell whether or not he has Rossi's ability to vary his rhythm from farther back in the field and pull into the lead but you have to give Casey credit where it’s due. I just hope the rest of the season gets a bit more competitive so we get to enjoy MotoGP they way it should be. As for Nicky - I guess we'll have to see if he can turn it on under pressure.
