WTCC » Ballast rules set to change.

i think you'll find that ballast or 'success ballast' as it's known is to keep the independants in touch with the front runners with the large budgets. but at the end of the day the drivers who carry ballast are the 'better' drivers in the better cars who win 99% of the races and win the championships anyway. if all the teams in the pits had the financial backing then yeah all the cars should weight the same weight before each race and let em get on with.. i'm speaking more about btcc but it does apply to the wtcc
