if they think this is the end of their troubles then i reckon they are wrong. We now have 1 series, with the worst cars, and plenty of alienated fans. I''m also concerned by full grids of ''flying Dallaras'' racing around places like Texas with un talented drivers like AJ Foyt the 4th driving around with their eyes closed. This will be the first season since 1988 where i wont be watching a single race. A lot of the fans will be completely alienated by all the messing around of the last week.

apparently its a done deal now. press conf is tomorrow. will be interesting to hear the full details but it sounds like a bad day for champ car. screw the IRL i'll be switching to ALMS on a sunday night (might watch NASCAR during the breaks )

Even the die hard fans (like me) are going to get to a point where they have been messed around so much by OWRS+TG that they just arent going to care anymore. Racing at Long Beach and Motegi at the same time, just shows they dont give a fig about us fans. What a joke, there will probably be 8 cars at Long Beach.

suzy - where are the results? he's had many more chances than many more deserving drivers. I think the reason he gets knocked so much is because he's had drives that could have been given to more deserving drivers..
