Far as I'm concerned the jury's still out on the style / new format - I'm not finding it quite so easy to navigate, but then I was used to the old version.

But I'll tell you what I like, what I really REALLY like ............ In the old version the banner ads and stuff often used to obscurethe text when viewing with Firefox and (touch wood) So far it doesn't. Woot!

I don't like that:
You have to add a pictoral emoticon from the line below. They're not so subtle. But you try putting semicolon minus end bracket and see what happens.

If Stinky's right you can vote repeatedly for a comment - including your own. (How sad is that)?

I s'pose its a sort of compliment to Chris that didn't seem so surprising to me Tom. Now you've pointed it out, on second thoughts doing that on an MV - noted more for speed than handling - is a hell of an achievement wet or dry. If he's not cursed with reliability problems again this could be his day to shine.

Those times are 10 seconds or so down on yesterday. Must be raining. Interesting to see what guys like Tom Tunstall can achieve when the playing field''s leveled up a bit.

Well obviously he rings me up and asks if I think he should follow them Farmer :-) Look, at the end of the words there a ? thing. It denotes its phrased as a statement of what seems probable but ultimately its a question, uncertain. Proof of puddings etc will be waht happens when they race. My bet is if DtD is running 3rd and nakano 4th Nakano won't pass. But, if DtD is running say 8th with the Michellins acting up again and Nakano's 9th he'll pass if he can.

Interesting bit of background there Barron. On the one hand that should tip things for Elias as it confirms there really are material improvements in the bike. On the other the guy has a history of going up like the rocket in one race and down like the stick in the next. So my money is on seeing him come in in a wider range of places. Interesting D'Antin's departure should have such an effect so fast - Its an open secret Neil Hodgeson things the bloke slithered out from under a stone but the speed of it ..... Hard to imagine Ducati linked getting upgrades to him going but stranger things are rumoured to have happened over the years.

All of which is fine and dandy until Danni the Dwarf recovers enough to be running back near the front, at which point HRC orders will dictate nakano mustn''t go past him?

Let me just check I've got this straight? The rule is to qualify a rider must achieve within 7% of the fastest rider's qualifying time ......unless Dorna decide the rules don't apply or the rider is slower than within 7%? Fine that's clear then. Just felt we should be certain about things. I *like* Toseland & Lorenzo. I wish them well (which is why if its p*ssing down tomorrow I'd be happy for them to stay in the pitlane if they can't blag Bridgestones). They are NOT muppets. Muppets don't win WSB - twice - or 250 GP titles. But unless the rules specifically provide for variation (I suppose they might but ....) then this is a farce.

I didn't really agree with Stoner at Laguna Seca but I could see where he was coming from. I think the move at Rossi's which probably bugged him most was the way he came back onto the track after his off roading stint - I'm not sure Stoner would really have known at that point Rossi's main task was to avoid binning himself. With one exception - Does Stoner think Rossi quietly tabbed the brake, starting the sequence which lead to him oberbraking and tucking the front? I doubt we'll know for 20 years. I rate Rossi. GOAT is accurate. BUT Plaster saint? Never agressive? I'd reckon Gibbernau and Melandri (remember Sepang?) would laugh at that. Elias would look askance (tho he's as bad)

Moot there's a clause that the person who causes (or is held to have caused) the red flag is excluded.

I reckon old Rutter''s one of the most under-rated riders in BSB If the gremlins keep the **** out of his electronics and the tyres are kosher I reckon he''s in with a very strong shout come Sunday.
