MotoGP » Yamaha: 'No meetings with Telefonica'

Until they deal with the disadvantage of weight then the bigger guys will always struggle, some of the taller guys are 4-5 Kg's heavier that is a lot. Honda have been very clever in getting stoner, pedrosa, marquez to ride for them, all very small riders and have a advantage as they weigh so little. looking at the open class that will be coming on in leaps and bounds and it will pay dividends for those who embrace it.

MotoGP » Sepang II MotoGP test times - Tuesday (Final)

Well it's not that bad on the 2012 bike is it, Lorenzo was on the 2013 bike and now they have fixed the 2013 bike for Vale he will be using it for the next few days. he knows what he's got to do and that's concentrate on race set up, he's already said he needs to improve his race pace compared to Lorenzo so he's under no illusions as to what he needs to do. Come the start of the season he will be even nearer the front so don't worry, the signs are all good and I'm confident of good results to come from Vale this year. Marquez is fast and he should be on a missile the Honda is, Danny looks to be consistent and fast and Lorenzo the same, it looks good for the season ahead.

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi: We can fight

Pro-R, Yamaha will be developing the gear box now, there is no mention of it but Lorenzo asked for it last year and now Rossi has asked for it too. There is no reason why they would not bring it as it adds a significant amount of ride ability which translates into a more stable bike on acceleration, but more importantly can power out of the corners much better.

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi: We can fight

@ Pro-R, I agree with you, MM will certainly be good enough in some races but I fear he will crash a lot, there were times last year that he was just awesome, but also times when he was damn right recless, he does not seem to have any respect for any other riders, in this class he will be taught a lesson. Rossi will be his old self this year, don't expect too many spectacular qualifying laps from him but expect fire works in the races because of his race craft he will be dominant, and Lorenzo will be with him all the way, closely followed by Danny. Boy I think we are in for some racing this year, I hope I'm on the edge of my seat watching it.
