Rossi will be back, I think we get used to him being on the poduim every race & kind of just expect it so when it don't happen it seems a big deal. Should be a different story at philip Island though, a track where Rossi always does well. It will be interesting now though to the end of season, we could be in for a real cliff hanger to see the season out.

Yes Pasini is a very good prospect for Motogp. The guy is very quick & would have destroyed the opposition in the 250 field this year if on a full factory bike. Lets hope to see him in Motogp soon.

George, Sundays race win & total weekend domination was a statement of intent my friend, Vale was taking the Pi$$ out of himself yea, however his display has sent Pedrosa & lorenzo off for the holidays with plenty to think about. Now I know many will say that the preassure is on Rossi to hold his nerve & get enough points to defend his championship but that will be acheived no problem. Just think of this, Rossi has given them a hiding, he will be laughing, Lorenzo will be thinking how the hell can I beat my team mate, Pedrosa well he just has not got the talent to do it week in week out, even with a faster bike & a massive weight agvantage.

patrick, you know thats why us Rossi fans love the man to bits, when i watch Moto Gp Im watching it because Im a big big Rossi fan. This guy deserves his place as the GOAT his place is assured in History in this sport & I doubt just like Micheal schumacher there will never be anyone like Valentino again. This man has it all the jokes and the shows after the race is all pre arranged, some taking weeks to arrange with some of his most loyal friends of his fan club. enjoy the show whilst you can I Am. :p :p :p :p :p :p :p :p :p :p

alol, you call it luck or what ever you will sour grapes will get ya know where. Guintoli is hardly the man to listen too either, & if you beleive in what dribble you wrote above about the Yamaha that everyone crashed trying to keep up with Rossi on the Honda which Rossi developed contary to what you are sayuing above, then well that's upto you. That Yamaha was a pile of $hit & everyone knows it & even Yamaha knew it too. There are certain things that may not be changable within teams but I suggest to answer your question Rossi & JB would simply change the bike here & there. Now stop being sily & suggesting Rossi is lucky, pure skill that mans got so enjoy it. :p :p

red x, yea your bang on with those comments above, that Yamaha was a real dog the first time Vale tested it. I Remember reading alot of the interviews with rossi & JB about the initial test Rossi performed aboard the old M1 that greeted Rossi back in 2003 as you rightly said. I would certainly agree that Rossi & JB would demand complete control over the development of the bike. when Vale switched to Yamaha he told them that certain key elements of the yamaha were not right, & even the yamaha engineers was shocked when Rossi & JB told them what to change, they did it though & look where they are now! I have no doubts that Rossi would kick ass on a duke or any bike :p

WTH Im with ya all the way, & to be honest you can't blame Valentino for being like that, I mean Lorenzo is good but I would'nt mind seeing if he can develop a bike. Let's make no mistake about it this yamaha is a Rossi Burgess developed bike that lorenzo is having the privalege of Riding. Also reading Valentinos comments on the pit wall etc, they both have access to each others data on the computer over the weekend, now we all know that some races ago Lorenzo openly admitted to having to copy Rossi's bike settings to get a good set-up. Glad to see the Texas Tornado has a contract for next year because thats a done deal!

WTH, I have read Vale's Autobiography only 3 months ago as it happens, you can see reading that why he is so succesful. I can't see him going to Ducati, & I don't think JB would have the stomach to make another switch to another team now either although I would't rule it out completely. I think I can see where you are coming from & can see Lorenzo leaving Yamaha next year unless Rossi quits Motogp for F1. I personaly would love to see Rossi on a Ducati to end his incredible career.
