B.S, I'll do what I like thankyou very much, if you dont like it tuff. All im doing is voicing my opinion & it will never change. Since when was we talking about who was the best ever rider? Were talking about this season & whats gone wrong with Rossi's challenge. Carlos, you make a very valid point above and we could do with more of them.

italiapower07, I think you need to listen to the cemmentry and the guys in the know Toby moody & Julian Ryder certainly know what they are on about and they reckon the gap in real terms on the track is massive of a race distance, they was quoting 5 miles per hr that's just the bikes advantage. When you combine it with the extra grip levels the bridgestone tyres are giving its even more. So im sorry but im not way off at all, Ive watched motogp too long to know and yes even though its painful to say it Stoner is whipping Rossis *ss at the moment! Once the bikes sorted & we get some decent rubber under that Yamaha it will be a diff story.

Valentino is not phased by casey, what he is phesde by is the huge power advantage and grip levels that the Ducati Bridgstone package has over reveryone not just Rossi. The reason why Loris is not coming in second behind Stoner is because he cant adapt to the bike & he's admitted it. If you put Valentino on the Ducati not stright the way but within a couple of races he would be kicking stoners *ss week in week out no problem. The bottom line is this The Yamaha/Michelin package is simply not good enough and even the best rider in the world can do nothing about it.

with them starting off with this problem of the power issue. As others have commented on here and is dead right, Rossi & not just him are having to ride the bikes at 110% which is forcing errors. If we get the bike sorted then its upto michelin to get their act together unless Yamaha fu*ck em off & switch to Bridgestone but that upto them to evaluate. I want to be on the edge of my seat race in race out wondering just who the bloody hell is going to win, heart in the mouth stuff I know but just what we all want.

Natasha, You are 100% dead right with that assesment, Biaggi really was sh*t & a bad loser and no wonder so many people dislike the little sh*t. Anyway as Natasha has said this post is all about Rossi and the position he finds himself in this year. Sete was 100% better that Biaggi but still couldnt match Rossi all of the time but he at least gave Rossi a run for his money & in my opinion on a slightly better bike at the time when Rossi was on the Yamaha & they was both on Michelins. From what were seeing in testing these past 2 days I dont hold much hope for any improvement. We first of all need a major improvement from Yamaha on the horse power front so we dont start next year

As a dedicated motogp fan but as far as riders go im a Rossi fan, & im not impressed at the fact that Michelin are supplying nothing more than a pile of sh*t this year, yes Hayden & Pedrosa finished in front of Rossi but how many seconds was they behind Stoner? Im really sorry but the racing used to be good between Honda yamaha Ducati, now the honda & yamaha cant keep up, some of its down to the bike and in the case of Yamaha its seems fairy bad. We must not take anything away from Bridgestone or Ducati/Stoner as they have put in the work. Now were not moaning or whinning on here were posting our views & that's what's Rossi is doing and from what I hear Pedrosa has been doing the same.

what we must face upto is this. The Yamaha Michelin package simply does not cut the mustard & if I was a Rider of Rossis calibre expecting the best he can get his hands on to do the job and got what he's got I be spitting my fuc**ng dummy out screaming at the bas**rds to get it sorted. I dont expect Yamaha or michelin to be able to do anything this year & expect to see a big improvement next year specialy on horse power. Maybe a move to Bridgestone tyres would aid the grip and feel of the bike as Valentinos saying he has no good feedback from the tyres so he dont know what the f**k to do to improve the thing. If I was Yamaha I would be making sure I got the engine to produce more power

Ok it seems as if there are plenty of people who see this both ways. The season started off with the test which Rossi virtually dominated, then we got started and it soon became apparent that Yamaha was not as dominat as we all thought they would be. Im a Rossi fan but have to admitt this, ducati Bridgestone & stoner are simply in a league of their own, & credit where its due. However a major contributor is Bridgestone as just look at other teams on them, suddenly they are faster than michelin shod riders. If anyone expects me to beleive that it's down to Rossi suddenly being crap then what a load of boll**ks, you just dont go from being that good to crap in a few race no way. Cont

Martin Waples, You have hit the nail on the head and its about time we had some more people that truly knows this sport on here commenting on this subject. I have watched Formula 1 for 20 odd years and have watched Moto Gp for around 12 years, not only that I never miss qualifying practise the lot & its all watched live, I subscribe to Motogp.com & I have a real good understanding of technology. People must think riders can turn up get on the bikes and just ride the *ss of them no matter what. Well ya need a good bike a bloody good rider-Rossi, hayden, pedrosa, stoner to name a few. Then you need good contact with the road because that's what gives the rider feedback

This is to all the people who have posted remarks about Rossi being done with. If you seriously expect a 7 time world champion who has virtualy dominated the sport since entering it to just go from brilliant to crap, or a moaning git call it what ever you like then you know nothing about Valentino. I tell you what let's put peoples vote to the test on here, who beleives that the problems are down to the hardware supplied to him this year that's causing the lack of pace. People can either agree for a yes or disagree for a no. If you put Rossi on a Ducati or even possibly swap the tyres over for bridgestones he would be whipping Stoners butt. Give the man the correct tools to do the Job!
