So polarised, so inaccurate.
(Am I the only one thinking the postings always dip during school holidays)?
Look. You might or might not like who they are or what they say but get real.
Rossi is a gifted rider.
Stoner is a gifted rider.
They're both slightly in each other's heads. But nether of them are particularly susceptible to having mind games pulled on them.
They're both on immensely fast well matched machines with different strengths and weaknesses.
This is a good thing. It *might* mean we're going to see Moto GP escape from becoming the F1 procession which would ruin it for ever. I won't bet on that quite yet, but I'll hope its so.

Rizla takes on the world - with
Crash.net!
1 disagrees.
Hey Grinner and Shakey *both* deserve the opportunity. But don't kid yourself 'Nori'. I bet one half of Shakey is burning to have a go. But the wiser half is thinking 'With this record in BSB its hard to make myself look even better still, and trying to pull that rep up riding against Bayliss, Biaggi, Xaus on either a slightly inferior or an uprated but unfamiliar feeling machine - Well it could backfire'. So the canny option really is to keep well out of it. But he won't enjoy not going.

Nakano justifies factory Honda.
1 disagrees.
''Many of those who believe HRC want to test their flagship machine on Bridgestones'' are in this forum too. Several folk said that here as soon as the news was released last week.

Elias second, Alice in wonderland.
1 agrees.
Um, I'm not sure *why* the Alice Ducatis stepped up so suddenly but Elias did for sure. Yeah contract time is a big motivator. But I'd doubt its all of the story. I reckon *if* he could have gone better in the last couple of races he would - if only to put a higher tab on his paycheck as well as securing his seat for '09. Guintoli - harder to say. He might have looked good for a while simply by comparison because the Michellin riders struggled .... but (allegedly) same pattern of tyre problem as Stoner holding him back. On balance I reckon Ducati Corse *are* getting parts down to Alice. I also reckon Marco's still an endangered species.

Dovi demands more from Michelin.
1 agrees.
2 disagree.
I could take Dovi a lot more seriously if he'd get rid of the damn silly hat. It looks like a disguise from a Charley Chester convention
He would say that about Edwards 'tho wouldn't he?.... seeing as Edwards was going faster on the same tyres this time. Even Vermuellen seems to have got rid of his daft hat. And that didn't look like a prop from Nightmare on Elm Street (tho it did look like the pup had nibbled the edges). Is there an image manager in the house?

Who will win Italy's 700th?
Not quite sure about Jim Redman being a Brit by birth. It maybe so, tho I thought he was born in Oz because he told me how it came about that he went from Oz (where he'd been the family breadwinner for his younger bros & Sisters)to Rhodesia. Went to check with Wikipedia and there's no mention of Oz at all. Odd that. Where ever, he's from I liked the guy. He's packed enough into one life to last six ordinary blokes

Nakano poised for '2009' debut.
1 disagrees.
Of course .... *That''s* why its Gresini and Nakano. No direspect to Nakano... but HRC are after something beyond quick high quality feedback. What its *really* important for them to know is: ''We saw what happened with Mitchellins at Laguna Seca, what happens if we shift the leading versions of our bike to Bridgestones’?
