F1 » Teams fear more 'dull' one-stoppers if Pirelli play safe in 2014

The number of stops is almost an irrelevance. What would make for far better (or more entertaining) racing would be to get rid of all the aero rubbish on the cars. Think back to pre-wings & things - you'd have slipstreaming, out-braking, and OVERTAKING!!! We could also visibly see cars on the limit and drifting in a corner. I know it won't happen, for all sorts of reasons, both political and practical, but I can wish can't I?? A Lotus 49, constructed from modern materials with the current safety requirements, but "naked" - that would be a car to watch...

F1 » Hamilton delighted with improvement in form

Seems a lot of you guys are overly concerned about Hamilton. He changes his helmet - so what? He gets upset on the radio - so what? He adopts the "PR Mode" after the race - so what? Why the obsession with him and his public and private lives? Smacks of something altogether unsavoury. I don't like him - end of story. By the way, on NBC, David Hobbs did comment, about the radio response, that the timing of some of the calls could have been better - not the best place just as you're heading through the esses section to have someone blabbing in your ear. That applies to all the drivers. And my wife knows better than to give me earache when I'm pressing on to get somewhere fast!!!
