The people suggesting a honda ride make me laugh.
Anyone in the right mind knows the honda is a piece of garbage.
How much was it, like a year without a win?
Do you think honda all of a sudden are going to change their arrogant ways to give Lorenzo a top bike? LOL.
These are the same people that let Rossi go to yamaha because they thought they were the center of the universe.
They are extremely arrogant, keep making stupid decisions, don't listen to rider input (yes including DP) and have been chasing their tail for enough time to make any rider with a championship aspiration stay away from them.
Unless JL is after the fat paycheck ( I sure hope not) honda is a no no. Honda sucks big time

Camier ‘gutted’ but encouraged on Aprilia bow
4 agree.
2 disagree.
Simoncelli, aprilia employee, known by the engineers on a bike developed by 250cc riders which he has tested several times. Camier, yamaha rider, not known by the aprilia engineers, on a bike not developed by riders with a sbk background, never tested it or seen one before. I say if he had rode one of the yamahas the story would be totally different.

Double podium puts Biaggi on course for fourth
11 agree.
My hat goes off to aprilia for adding a different flavor to an already excellent championship and Biaggi for rejuvenating himself to fight at the front on a totally new motorcycle. Best of luck next year.

Lorenzo storms to Estoril victory, Rossi struggles.
4 agree.
This was a boring race but Lorenzo is not to blame for the others lack of speed. I'll it say again, cheap ass second rated championship WSBK wins hands down on entertaintment. There's way more racing happening in 5 laps of WSBK or WSS than there's on the entire race in Motogp.

Official: Ben Spies to MotoGP in 2010.
I don't see CE leaving GPs if Rossi switches. He's helped plenty with development in the past and like Poncharal said he's an asset to the team. BS will benefit tremendously from CE unless he steals his crew chief.

Btw, yamaha are covering their asses well. Rossi could snap any minute and leave as could Lorenzo. With so much talent coming up in this era it is difficult to hold on to riders specially the ones that put money 1st on their list. Remember that Rossi wants preferential treatment with the updates like when he was at honda. But we must no forget that as strong as Rossi is today the younger crowd seems to be rising fast. I remember the days when riders would just let Rossi go and win by a huge margin either by the lack of performance or by having a crappy bike. Today you barely see Rossi win by a big margin (unless 2nd pl. falls) and he's working harder than ever. The new gen is here to stay.

That said I agree with BS that the talent in GPs in high and 7-8 is reasonable. He knows Tech3 is no factory ride and he knows who gets updates first. He knows the politics behind the curtains. This kid and the people behind are not stupid. They are going to do the best with the available package but aren't dreaming about the championship on a package that looks the same as the top one but on paper it is not.

Good for Spies. But unless something in writing states updates from the main team to Tech3 bikes happen at least a race after I don't see him or CE even fighting for podiums, unless someone falls. I don't doubt CE and BS given the same bike as JL and VR but these motorcycles are extremely sensitive to set up and upgrades. Like every year you'll see CE have a strong first 3 rounds and then fade into the distance as developments get to Tech3 5-6 races later. The fairing is exactly the same but the engine, swingarm and suspension bits are not. I was extremely surprised when Lorenzo said that now they finally promised him he'd have the same parts as Rossi. Goes to show my point.
