WSBK » Ben Spies: WSBK in 2010, MotoGP in 2011

Hell is going to break loose in 2010 with the 6 engines for the whole year BS deal. Think about it, these engineers have never built an engine for endurance! Maybe it is better for Spies to wait until 2011 'cause naysayers would blame engine failures on the poor guy! I hope in that no engine failures happen because it's going to screw the racing. Another notch up for WSBK.

MotoGP » Rossi 'happy' after fast home start.

So that said, there's absolutely no guarantee an exact copy of their success will follow after a move to Ducati and they know it otherwise he'd be gone to the red bikes the very next year he was handed his ass by Stoner. VR & JB know the red bikes are a huge gamble and the yamaha just gets better even thou the tables might turn next year with this 6 engine rule. VR & JB aren't dumb. They won't move a foot away from the blue tents. Why now at their age? To prove what and to who? They'll go out of this game on a high. They don't need the stress. You can't beat youth and their lack of fear to risk. Things look different when age kicks you in the ass.

MotoGP » Rossi 'happy' after fast home start.

I'd be afraid to leave yamaha and let JL take my place! Let's look at history for a moment... Honda the almighty (or so they thought) ignored the fact that VR and JB were the main ingredient behind their success. Yamaha knew a good developing rider (VR in this case) and a good communicator/chief (JB in this case) were needed to make the bike competitive. So they bet on VR & JB when honda slapped the door on them. VR brought most of his crew, gave'em a raise and voila'. Yamaha knows their success is tied to VR (for now) but as any intelligent successful company are looking at the future. (JL & BS) since VR won't be around forever and the new kids aren't the same as Biaggi, Gib, etc.

MotoGP » Spies to MotoGP with Yamaha in 2011.

Good for yamaha, so so for Spies. I agree that he's above the rest of the field. Yamaha will not throw JT on the SBK when Edwards can kick ass from the first race. Latest updates and full support at Tech 3? I have to see it to believe it. His manager is a bully thou. (In a good way)She will make sure he does get the treatment specially if he gives yamaha their first 2 crowns in WSBK.

MotoGP » Rossi 'must hit back at home'.

Ahem, Again,to everyone still discussing the Rossi crash. It was rider error. Rossi has been around that turn a million times to know there's no grip outside the racing line. Even Rossi himself admits it "like a man". Stop making excuses for an obvious rider error. GOD GIVE ME SOME PATIENCE!!! And yeah Rossi will hit back.

MotoGP » Jorge Lorenzo signs new Yamaha contract.

I really expected him to go to Ducati but one more year doesn't hurt and the M1 is hands down the best bike (for him and Rossi of course 'cause I don't think anyone else on the paddock would do anything with it...maybe Edwards). Maybe all the loose parts coming off Stoner's and Hayden's bikes during the races scared the ****e out of the guy even thou I think Ducati was going to redesing the whole thing around Lorenzo anyways.
