F1 » F1 2011 POLL: Who should replace Robert Kubica?

Couldn't agree more that Kimi would be the best choice to take Robert's place. He will bring the kind of attention and aggression to the team that Kubica did. And a new budding entry like Lotus needs Kimi's profiule to get some buzz and talk going their way. Also agree that given Kimi's unavailability that Heidfeld will be the next best thing. Can't argue that he is a solid driver (just not that buzz-worthy. (Edited Team Lotus to Lotus - can get confusing, eh? Thanks to andagain for the head's up)

MotoGP » Furusawa reflects on eve of Yamaha, MotoGP exit

So sorry to see that this thread has degenerated into a Rossi vs.Lorenzo vs, Stoner argument again... This is about a man who has revolutionized the inner workings of a Moto GP team.A man who - in the short amount of time since he joined the big leagues just a year before - actually came up with solutions and risks that brought them the title for the first time in 10 years. This is about Masao Furusawa. Respect, please.

MotoGP » PICS: Casey Stoner in Repsol Honda colours

Still find it a bit strange seeing him in this livery after all that time on the Ducati colors. Will take a bit of time getting used to the sight... Just as strange as seeing Rossi in the red color scheme. These two riders in new teams really mark a new era in Moto GP. (Have to admit, that Repsol colorway is just plain great - it makes any bike and rider look good.)
