2 agree.

Rossi is the best of his generation, and the ease with which Stoner has beaten him suggests that he has much better equipment. If Yamaha don't get up to speed in 2008 then it's a P45 for Stoner because Valentino will have to have a Ducati.
I'd love to see the Michelins improve so much that it makes Lorenzo, Edwards and Toseland very competitive, Rossi was too quick to junk them.

MotoGP 2008 - so far.
1 disagrees.
Moto GP needs all the bikes on the grid it can get, to loose Team Roberts would be bad for the sport. They have not had any upgrades from Honda, who struggled badly at the start of the season. Their performance in 2006 when KR Jnr got the 990 onto the front row suggests the chassis building is first rate. KR Jnr was at the end of his career and his record, with Suzuki as well, suggests that when the bike is less than 100% his performance drops. Kurtis doesn't have a pedigree in any top class branch of the sport and the team needs two bikes to speed development and competion within the team. They are a Michelin team, would they get Ducati engines without Bridgestone tyres?
