But effectively winning the Constructor's Title in the courts (and with illegal aero devices) is perfectly okay? Shut up Ferrari would ya.

As the name says, its testing, there are any number of things the teams could be trying which may or may not make it to next season's bike. Making any judgments based on the results of testing (especially in the early offseason) is ridiculous.

While I disagree with the harshness of the McLaren penalty, the precedent has been set and I expect the FIA to come down just as hard on Renault.

Was he in a coma during the RB/MS years? Either way, this spells the end of any Alonso to Ferrari rumours in 09 cause we all know how he works in an team where drivers are equal.

Where does it say LH wants the tittle this way? Of course McLaren wants the title. Last I checked they are still a business who's best interest is to maximize profits. Not only would getting the championship mean they could charge sponsors more, but it would also mean more money for the team which would counter act the massively unfair fine they received.

how many of these are were running F1 back before TC was reinstated in 2001, let alone winning Championship after championship without TC? So combine MS' pre-TC experience with championship winning equipment and is it really any surprise that he's running the tables at these tests? While these tests are great for the engineers to get info, they are useless when it comes to comparing equipment on a team to team or driver to driver basis

Even though I'm a Mclaren fan, I wasn't keen on LH winning the title this way...until now.
