Ferrari need to do it in 2013. When the regs change in 2014, they'll be on the back foot. Don't think Ferrari have ever made a 1.6L engine, let alone a turbo charged one. @Yernar, and the Toyota tunnel did wonders for that team, right?

Good season, yes. Great? I'm not sure. For me, the tyres caused a bit too much randomness. And McLaren shooting themselves in the foot so often was painful to watch. You'd think they'd have learnt.

Used to be a big fan of VR in the early days. But as he's moved up, he ego grew to such an extent that it was easy to go off him just as the fans wanting a hero rallied to his flag. Now I see him for what he is. A bit of a clown who hasn't really grown up, spits his toys out of his pram when he can't beat someone and name calls to try and play mind games, because that's the only way he can win. To say he should retire is besides the point. He won't because MotoGP is the only arena in which he can be who he is and get away with it. Anywhere else, he would be laughed away. Quite sad and quite unneccesary. He could have been a great if only he had some grace and statesmanship.

MW has just admitted that McLaren let LH down this year with the car and that if they had been better, he would be challenging now.
