Is Rossi a better rider that Hayden? Yes! Will Hayden ever be as good as Rossi? No! Did Hayden win 2006? Yes! Did Rossi win 2006? No! Did Rossi deserve to? No! Did Hayden? Yes! Has all of Rossi's championships been hard fought? NO! I was not countinh the championships each one had. You said all 7 were hard fought. I disagree! Happy New Year to all!

M M , Hard fought...Hard Fought....Did you watch the same 2003 and 2004 seasons that I watched? When Rossi would back it in and drift it for the fans. Not on the parade lap but on the last lap. Did he have a couple of battles? Sure. The first year a Yamaha Was tough but the second was not that bad. Hard fought my a ss. Go back and check the tape. And how can you say whether some one deserves something or not? It's not like Honda had Yamaha blueprints! Who are we to decide who deserves anything. Last time I checkrd I sit behind a desk for a living. What do you do? Crew chief? High paid privateer? Weekend kneedragger? Oh and Aegis.....There was just a little sarcasm in my last comment.

I think in 2006, Yamaha brought out the new M1. The bike was not an improvement at all. But through pride and ego, Yamaha refused to go backward and in essence went way backward. 2007 everyone missed the mark. Honestly, if Sete had not wrecked Loris, we might be looking at a different 2006 Champ. Or, had Hayden signed with Ducati instead of Honda, we might have been looking at a repeat champion. Is anyones blood boiling now?

I would not compare the hayden season to the stoner season. My point is people hate. Stoner won because he had better bike and tyres and blah blah blah. My guy lost because his bike was not good enough, blah blahblah. They won the championship! that's it! Not someone else lost it I.E. Rossi or Yamaha or Michelin. Give credit where credits due! That's all I'm saying. BTW, GO HOPPER!!!!

Dan Marino had a bunch of records with no superbowl rings. He must suck as a Quarterback. Loris has more wins than hayden so does Marco. How many premeir class championships do they have? Hayden is not my fav rider but I will not down him for his accomplishments. It was his year, just like 2007 was Bridge, Stoner and Ducs.

Aegis, It's racing! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But for you to say that Hayden didn't deserve his title. Come on man. Take your head out of your favorite riders a s s and see the light. Lot of problems that year, I agree! The most consistant team and rider won. It's racing crap happens.

If you can remember rossi's career...... He learned the first year and dominated the second. Stoner did that in the premier class too. I'm not sure he will be as dominant in 2008. Hayden won through consistancy. he will have that WC forever and he deserved it! hE'S still young....He may get another one. Who know's? we sure don't. BTW I hate bashers....Have your favs and don't bash others! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!
