I won't even bother to address you by name as you change it with every post, which part of my comment do you dispute by fact ? Oh and by the way " if it didnt go around corners he wouldnt be in the top 10 " If it didnt go around corners he would be buried in a fence, it's not drag racing . Where did I say Stoner was " doing the impossible " Cheers

Stoner was on the fastest bike last year, no one can deny that...but it was far from the best bike. I don't think anyone can say that the Yamaha isn't the best bike this year, look at the results of Lorenzo,Edwards and Toseland, two rookies and a guy who hasn't won anything in MotoGP and look at the makes championship.. a Yamaha takeover. All this and Stoner still took the lap record at Mugello, give the boy some credit. Cheers

I hope he recovers quickly but I can't see JL riding at the pointy end for a couple of months, he will have lost a lot of confidence apart from the pain of his injuries. He was a good yardstick for measuring Michelins performance on the factory Yamaha's, and his late race charges showed that the Yam must be easier on tires than the Honda, IE Pedrosa who seemed to lose pace late in the race ,especially at Mugello.. Cheers.

No One has mentioned Jeremy Burgess as one of the HUGE advantages Yamaha and Rossi have,I could never see Rossi racing for another team or doing near as well without him. Cheers.

Pure stock production ( randomly chosen crate sealed at the distributor level ) racing has been tried in some countries before and it was always the better funded teams that won anyway. I think Ducati are seen by many as an elitist, expensive bike ( like the Ferrari of bikes ) and this is the source of most of the gripes about them. Jap bikes are cheap for the masses and you get what you pay for, maybe they should restrict BSB, WSBK and MotoGP to Jap bikes and let Ducati go out of business ? I think this would be the only way to keep you knockers happy. After they go broke maybe we could also consign KTM,BMW,and Aprilia to the scrapheap as well. Cheers.
