12 agree.

Then theres only 3 wins in six seasons including the one that Edwards gifted him. 3 wins in six years pretty pathetic for a rider on the team that's known as the best in the paddock, oh and a No of wins surpassed by his team mate in less than half that time. Please don't keep trotting out the Spanish link, it don't wash. Sorry boys the mans not good enough

No not a fan of Springstein and his clodhopper dancing, you leave Aretha alone her musical and singing prowess will be remembered long after that little git has been forgotten. I used to really like a welsh heavy rock (not into metal) band called Budgie fronted by a long haired Charles Hawtrey look a like called Burke Shelley, cant remember the drummers name but can never forget the bass player, John Thomas
who replaced Tony Bourge, always went when thay played St Albans civic centre

Pome what gets me with these celebrity shows is that I dont know who the kin ell most of them are, what they do, so as soon as the word celeb comes up I switch over or off. Mrs & Miss A are into BB after a few weeks I find myself being drawn in by it as they are nothing like what I call normal people, maybe thats why its so compelling
Each year they seem to try and excel at finding the weirder and whackier. It will get to the point where nobody will be shocked or surprised and will switch off

Duffy has a very haunting style, great musical composition but too much vibrato on her part for my liking. Someone I liked to listen too just for the standard of the musicians was the late Ian Dury, the Blockheads were a very talented band. Ian just overshadowed them because he offered something different and out of the usual

Yup its all flavour of the moment make a quick killing and bring along the next big thing for the kids. Theres no longevity in it, nobody seems to want the next Pink Floyd or U2 which would probably line their nest a lot more over a longer period. As much as I dont like her style Leona Lewis singing a whole lotta love with Jimmy Page at the olympics closure was brilliant and the highlight for me, if she dropped the nasal/crying style and belted them out like that more I could get to like her. Eric Eyeglass is a lost cause, sorry again Pome

Never liked the music either, the whole new romantics thing was way to sickly smooth for my liking thankfully it was short lived, I hope rap or rep as I call it goes the same way
And dont get me onto the boy/girl band thing, just kids exploited as artists and fans to feed the greed of fat cats like Cowell, why do they all look dance and sing the same way. Most sound more like they are crying rather than singing especially that Leona lewis and Eric Eyeglass, sorry Pome

He does a bit but still looks like a pillock I dislike, its down to the fact that he is the spit of a lad who lived up my street when at school whose family thought they were a cut above anybody else. Oh how I wept when he went to jail for drink driving for the third time

Pome that would have been a dream job, unfortunately they were holding interviews while I was on holiday otherwise I would have gone for it. Very diverse set of buildings from historical through to modern such as a mock sinking boat for the area containing sea life exhibits. Imagine of a lunchtime in the summer having the quandary of where to eat your butties, hmm red badgers, the gorillas no lets go for the okapi enclosure

Pome I hope no tongues were involved, I think the peddler that Miss A thumped got off lightly, she was on leave from the Navy and the week before had been doing unarmed combat training for a few weeks before. Might try Tunisia later this year, only got 3 days holiday left this year until the new holiday year starts in August. Thats if I am still working where I am at the moment as just had an interview for a job closer to home, missed out on a cracking job while on holiday as head of estates at Bristol zoo
Codger nice to hear you are on the mend, have noticed how much longer it takes to mend as you get older
