BSB » Smrz, Aitchison re-sign with Splitlath Aprilia

@Crash test, you'll be waiting some time if you're hoping for an 'official' Ducati supported BSB team..even if Ducati UK went the route of Aprilia UK via Splitlath, they'd merely be paying for the services of Ducati Corse. Just because the UK importer says it's supporting a team doesn't mean they'll get factory equipment. Now Audi own the whole Ducati shebang, the chances are slim of any official input..you'll more likely see a team with 'strong links to the factory', or 'ex WSBK factory staff'...that's as good as it'll get in BSB for years !

F1 » Wolff: Dropping Senna not financial 'hara-kiri'

Talking of Susie Wolff, 'talented' Williams test driver, and wife of the main Williams financial backer Toto Wolff, is actually 30yrs old in a few days...if you look hard you'll find all manner of 'oddities' connected with the Wolff's....one thing Senna objected to was his somewhat enforced signing to 'Spoton marketing' ( one that actually cost him when he didn't need nor want it ! ), you'll never guess who owns that affair..Susie herself. To 'have one's finger in too many pies' was coined after the Wolff's themselves...didn't you know that :P

MotoGP » No confirmation of Edwards bike change

@ ex-loko.tkc.exe Yes, Suzuki hung on to the Mitsubishi electronics package for all the wrong reasons, 'other working relationships'...in Suzuki's last year of motogp it was suggested by Paul Denning that there was 'every chance' of MagnettiMarelli getting involved with their programme IF they stayed the following year...it's a shame he felt they didn't have the time (re resources) so couldn't evaluate the system during that season. There are very strong indications that the current 'motogp test bike' is still utilising Mitsubishi however but that WILL change if a sponsor is found for a return back to the track...let's hope so !!
