RECOMMENDED COMMENT
20 agree.
2 disagree.
"Casey seems to forget he has the best bike in terms of acceleration and traction.
All the journo's/ex-racers who ride the Ducati every year confirm this."
When one of the journo's can lap at Stoner's pace with Rossi clamped up their khyber pass then I'll listen to their opinion.

Bumper entry list reveals 32-strong grid.
3 disagree.
The best thing about WSBK is that the riders are all older than me, it's so comforting at this age there is still a championship for geriatrics.

Ducati explains the GP9.
Hmmmm, new frame, complete departure from what has always worked for Ducati, no Stoner pre-season testing likely, sounds a little bit dangerous.

Stoner: Less confidence, more aggression.
1 agrees.
Actually I just wish I'd thought of the 'prettiest' comment because it's so much the truth.

4 agree.
When I went to school which was a long time ago... All school children's opinions were meaningless vs teacher. All patients opinions were meaningless vs Doctor. All workers opinions were meaningless vs the boss. 'Non-fiction' books were gospel. Hang on, I think most of those axioms hold up now, certainly with my boss!

Forgot to add, as any one who as even ridden a racing motorcycle will know they change their nature dramatically the harder they are pushed, unless you can ride it as fast as the top guys your opinions are meaningless.

I just loved the pre-qualifier days where the last 15-20 minutes produced the series of hot laps which really told you who was the big chance, not this situation of the last 2 minutes allocating meaningless grid positions. And Valentino must qualify as the worst qualifier in it's short history, sorry Mr Vermeulen but you don't even get that title.

Does anyone viewing this forum think qualifying tyres don't suck?

Kawasaki confirms inevitable.
1 agrees.
Remember Ducati are the only ones out there running a road bike, using the technology they sell to the customer. Pneumatic valves etc are a joke and must add enormous cost to the development process for no benefit at all to the people who really pay the bills, the ones riding around the streets.
