F1 » Bottas hit with grid penalty

If thats the case then why is Rosberg not getting a penalty for slowing down and disrupting Vettel, who I thought was going to get another lap in at the death? Rosberg either did not notice him and disrupted him or knew he was there and slowed down sufficiently to prevent him from getting in another lap. Seems to be a bit inconsistent....

F1 » Promoters will walk away over sound ‘disgrace’

One race and its all doom and gloom. I've been to a few races and loved the noise but times change and you just have to roll with it. Will it stop people from watching the sport, probably not providing the racing is good. If we get Rosberg winning every race by a country mile and zero overtaking down the field then yea people will switch off. However if the racing is exciting people will forget about the noise and complain about something else.

F1 » Anderson: USF1 has asked to miss first four races

As TLF said this would have been great for the sport in America and might have led to a return of a US GP but unfortunatley its been very poorly managed and looks to be coming to end before it really started. I cant say I was ever encouraged by anything that was being said by Windsor. They were only given the slot on the grid because they were willing to use Cosworth power and of course that has denied better organised teams a place. With Virgin and Lotus having tested it shows what could be managed if done right. Its probably best if USF1 just give up and stop making fools of themselves.

F1 » Nico Rosberg: I'm going to win in Bahrain!

Far too early to make any prediction on anybody but everybody knows the Merc' engine is the best available (cant see the Cosworth challenging it - well unless Max let them bend the rules) and with Brawn everybody knows the design of the car will be spot on. Nico wont get many better chances to claim a win/wins and I hope he does do the business this year. The thing for me is that he doesnt let Schummi hysteria get to him and he goes about his business and the results should come. He wasnt being looked at by Mclaren and others for no reason, there is talent in him and with the right car he has the opportunity to be a race winner and WDC

F1 » Bahrain GP circuit extended for F1 2010

Footari - Having been to Bahrain for the GP on 2 occassions I can tell you the atmosphere is exceptionally good and the stands are pretty darn full. The event is exceptionally well organised, the place is spotless, access to and from Manama and the airport is fantastic and the facilities are great. Can I ask, have you been?? If not, how could you question or comment on the place??
