F1 » F1 refuelling return proposed for 2017

Apart from the manufacturers trying to promote fuel conservation as a way to say "hey this will make our road cars seem more attractive to the greenies", I dont see the point of it. When you consider that if all F1 cars did every lap of every track throughout an entire season it would be less than that used by a 747 that makes one trip across the Atlantic. Fans want to see overtaking on the track by guys going hammer and tongs with each other. Refueling will just mean the overtaking is done in the pits more often than not. F1 is too sanitized and is very quickly losing its glamour!

F1 » What we learned at the Malaysian Grand Prix

Watched F1 for about 25 years and thought the Malaysia GP was good but nowhere near as exciting as the Moto Gp was and that was my 1st Moto Gp in years. they are poles apart and 1 cannot be judged against the other i suppose. Thing is, if you turned off the commentary to both, I dont doubt you'd find the Moto GP the better of the 2. If it wasnt for Brundle and Crofty chucking in their bit, you would lose interest. Strategy makes up 99% of F1 races these days....1% racing (usually the first few corners of the 1st lap) isnt really up to scratch

F1 » Bottas hit with grid penalty

If thats the case then why is Rosberg not getting a penalty for slowing down and disrupting Vettel, who I thought was going to get another lap in at the death? Rosberg either did not notice him and disrupted him or knew he was there and slowed down sufficiently to prevent him from getting in another lap. Seems to be a bit inconsistent....
