does anybody else wish that he'd keep his mouth shut or at the very least keep it for whatever volume of his series of books is coming next?? Maybe they should make a book out of his misplaced attempts to come out of the crap smelling of roses.....let it go, or is it a case of trying to deflect the fact your new team-mate has already outpaced you twice in preseason testing and your getting worried??? Not the worlds biggest Alonso fan but LH makes me wish Alonso has a stormer of a season and sticks 2 fingers up to RD and LH

Lewis: Only one thing could have improved this.
1 agrees.
Got to ask the question: Does Lewis Hamilton have the same PR / Publicist company as Tom Cruise???? What he says should sound right but always manages to come off wrong??? He really should just do his business on the track and keep his mouth shut afterwards

Race result - Australian Grand Prix [revised].
2 agree.
What an interesting first race. I'm no fan of Hamilton but he deserved it, got away cleanly and stayed clear of all the incidents and had a fast reliable car underneath him. Delighted to see Rosberg make the step up onto the podium as well as seeing Williams back where they belong, a bit fortunate but thats a part of the game these days. Some right interesting goings on and you can see the drivers having to work for what they get...going to be a very interesting season to say the least.

Night or 'Good Night' for Oz?
4 agree.
2 disagree.
Bernie is looking at money pure and simple like always has done and always will do. I always enjoyed getting up / or staying up to watch the OZ race as i'm sure many others did. What does Bernie care about the time anyways, he's at the bloody venue, he doesnt need to be up at 2-3 in the morning like the European / N/S.American fans. Maybe he should ask us our thoughts before shouting out the threats.

Rookie a risk, admits Williams.
i've not seen anything of him barring his run out in Brazil last year and apart from the pit lane incident I thought he didnt do to bad. He's been far from bad in testing so far, ok its the races that count but i'm hoping he settles in and leaves the kamikazi antics well alone. So what he got in as a result of the Toyota engine partnership but what would you prefer, Williams with some rubbish 3rd rate engine they are paying over the odds for or one that aint too shabby, costs bugger all and a driver???

Williams: Talk of third place is BS.
1 agrees.
I'd love to see Williams get back up and into the mix with the front few rows....some good testing times but its what happens in the races which counts...hopefully it will be a good season with a podium somewhere along the line....really like the new livery as well

Bernie slammed for racism stance.
2 agree.
3 disagree.
cont: but are we now to totally disregard all sort of emotion when our respective favourite or rival comes around?? Ok if there is racism involved then chuck it out by all means but come on this is just bordering on ridiculous now.

Bernie slammed for racism stance.
5 agree.
4 disagree.
i'm still trying to figure out how people are seeing it as racist, to me it was 4 guys taking the mick for him and his father being glued at the hip...ok there was loads of had gestures (tosser handshakes and 2 fingered salutes) from the crowd but again none seemed racist to me, just hatred to a person they percieved had screwed over their beloved Alonso and nothing to do with his skin colour. Now everybody wants to have their say and keep it going on as long as possible. It was a nothing incident that has been blown out of all proportion, it is a sport, rivalries grow out of such stuff and fans side with one or the other

McLaren to get special treatment in '08?
3 agree.
1 disagrees.
The only thing that would go against them is the size of the garage...a few peoples egos might have to be deflated a bit for them all to fit in there....apart from that I dont see why it matters, the TV cameras are going to be focusing on the Mclaren car, not the position of where the pit box is on the lane and if they were put down there just think of how many times it will be mentioned throughout the season?? If I were a sponsor i'd be looking at that as a positive. Besides where is the proof that the position of the pit box benefits anybody in a such a way that it affects the result of a race???

Barcelona abuse 'not the first'.
4 agree.
1 disagrees.
The question has to be asked: Why has this only come out now??? If it happened back in China why wasnt it said at the time??? If there is any hint of racism then it should be made public straight off the bat and dealt with as soon as possible and certainly not brought to light when another supposed incident has occurred...

Race row fan claims 'carnival'.
2 agree.
Well when I first saw the photo on CNN (no sound on)....I thought they were Hamilton fans having a laugh. Its all been blown out of proportion, if somebody was being racist then fine but it just seems as though the motorsport press were having a slow day and needed somthing to spice up the days testing news. One of the guys has come out and explained what it was all about and I to be honest I believe what he is saying. The worst about it is that come the British GP, some dafty wont have forgotten it and will go out and racially abuse Alonso in some we or other...giving Bernie even more ammo!!!!
