does anybody else wish that he'd keep his mouth shut or at the very least keep it for whatever volume of his series of books is coming next?? Maybe they should make a book out of his misplaced attempts to come out of the crap smelling of roses.....let it go, or is it a case of trying to deflect the fact your new team-mate has already outpaced you twice in preseason testing and your getting worried??? Not the worlds biggest Alonso fan but LH makes me wish Alonso has a stormer of a season and sticks 2 fingers up to RD and LH

They were saying on Sky News this morning that a deal with Silverstone was offered by Bernie.. A 17 year offer..12 million for the first year and an additional 7% per annum there-after. Dont know how true that is and with Bernie I'm sure there is a sack load of add-ons to the deal - like a new paddock etc. In all honesty i'm not fussed what track is used as long as there is a British GP

Ok it has to be remembered that the UAE is slighlty smaller than Scotland in size and population, so the capacity would have been designed with that in mind. Also Sunday in the UAE is the first working day of the week, unlike Europe, the Far-East and South America so to have a larger capacity would be foolish as it would more than likely lead to empty spaces. I can understand peoples frustration but dont blame Abu Dhabi for being able to afford a GP, go and blame Bernie for his greed. Britain, Germany, Monaco, Monza, Spa and a N.American race should always be on the calender but as for the rest, well its who can afford it in Bernies eyes, regardless of attendances

I've not got much sympathy for any F1 driver who complains about money. They are paid exceptionally well and get fantastic perks - 1 being them doing work that all of us would love to do for 5 minutes never mind an entire career. Ok he deserves a good pay cheque but he has to remember the last time he complained about money and the trouble it cost him then. Brawns should only pay what they can afford and JB and his manager should remember how many people who got chucked on the dole when the team near went to the wall and how many of them could have been kept on had the wages that went to Button this year been spread around

Quote:''Max gave the diffuser. Merc gave free engines and McL gear boxes and shifters. Brawn did nothing but run a built car.'' So what..Real Madrid bought all the best footballers a few years ago and got practically nothing in return..Brawn might have gotten this and that from others but they put it all together and had to run with it. Just because you have all the right ingredients it doesnt mean you are going to be a success. The team put in countless hours under threat of not being on the grid, the managed to get on the grid and made everything work. Trying to take that away from them seems very petty.

Congrats to Jensen Button and everybody at Brawn GP. Both titles and well deserved. That was the best drive i've ever seen from Button and it capped off a great season for him. From the turmoil of not being sure if they were going to be on the grid to the euphoria of being no.1 - its Hollywood stuff!!!!
