does anybody else wish that he'd keep his mouth shut or at the very least keep it for whatever volume of his series of books is coming next?? Maybe they should make a book out of his misplaced attempts to come out of the crap smelling of roses.....let it go, or is it a case of trying to deflect the fact your new team-mate has already outpaced you twice in preseason testing and your getting worried??? Not the worlds biggest Alonso fan but LH makes me wish Alonso has a stormer of a season and sticks 2 fingers up to RD and LH

Not condoning Sennas moments but the big difference between him and Schummi is he had no problems with telling you he had done it on purpose...Schummi always tried to get himself out of trouble and deny what the rest of us could openly see.

Oli - got to disagree with you,I think Schummi knew what he was doing with regards to the Hill incident. He had gone off track and hit a wall, knowing he wasnt going to make it back to the pits he swiped across the track when he knew DH was there. Hill for his part should have hung back and taken MS on the next straight, the relief on Schummis face when he heard DH had to retire said it all for me. It wasnt as obvious as his move on JV but he still did it.

The origamy (spelling??) boat being washed down the pitlane was the only piece of excitement in the second session..It certainly amused a few in the garages, its a shame the killjoy steward scooped it up before it made it all the way down to the pit exit.

Hope he goes back to Mclaren and wipes the floor with LH and his former Ferrari pay-masters..AH will be worried with the former Mclaren proteges possible return and his son losing out on his messiah status within the garage!!! Kimi was well liked in the Mclaren garage so it would certainly make things interesting if he went back...

you either hate Alonso or you like him, same as with LH. I like Alonso's driving ability and style and I think Ferrari and him could be a perfect match. Kimi going back to Mclaren will put LH's and AH's noses right out of joint and there could well be more fireworks than when Alonso was there...its a shame the politics are more exciting than a lot of the races these days.

Gutted about his mistake as this was his best shot at a podium spot, I think he would have kept LH honest but doubt he'd have got past him on the track. It was a big error and it cost him, dont think it was a mistake that should have been made but then in the heat of the moment its easily done. Does a driver have to wait until race control say he is to punished or can the team say to race control they know a drive through is coming and pull the driver in immediately?? If they could have done that then rosberg might have avoided being dumped so far back in the safety car period, I think he had just done a lap before it SC came out.

From all the mixed bits and pieces all three mem Flavio, Pat and Piquet Jnr are all as bad as each other from where I sit and all of them should have been banned from F1. Piquet possibly getting rewarded with a drive for what has to be one of the most stupid errors in judgement in F1 history disgusts me. How many of us would have loved the opportunity to drive an F1 car??? This guy abused that privelage, regardless of his reasons and he should never have been given another opportunity!!!

Williams dont want all the other teams to spend money on KERS, they are just saying that they will. What the other teams decide to spend their money on is their own business as is it is with Williams spending on KERS. Yea the KERS project has been a let down so far but I dont think it should be chucked away so easily. Mclaren have shown it can work and be an important asset and had the majority of teams done the same I doubt they would have be so quick to dismiss it..

Williams went and heavily bought into/took over a company that dealt with KERS technology as it was going to be the next big thing in F1 and that ALL teams had agreed to that ideal. Dont blame them if they want to protect that investment, how would the above detractors feel if they were in a similar position whereby their investment would vanish for no returns??Doubt you'd be jumping for joy. KERS is in the rules for 2010 so Williams are more than entitled to plow ahead, if they get it working and get podiums early doors next year, just how long do you think it will take Mclaren to refit their system?? I'd say all of 1 race.
