does anybody else wish that he'd keep his mouth shut or at the very least keep it for whatever volume of his series of books is coming next?? Maybe they should make a book out of his misplaced attempts to come out of the crap smelling of roses.....let it go, or is it a case of trying to deflect the fact your new team-mate has already outpaced you twice in preseason testing and your getting worried??? Not the worlds biggest Alonso fan but LH makes me wish Alonso has a stormer of a season and sticks 2 fingers up to RD and LH

The big teams have always developed things first and the rest have always followed...Its just if Max was so adamant about saving money, all the while implementing KERS, why didnt he put it out to tender and have a standard unit that all could take if they wanted? I dont agree that it should be done but just asking the question but it has to be taken into account that teams spent fortunes and only one has really benefited from it so far.

deep fried mars bars and pizza or the love of all things that can be cooked solely in a fryin pan its not a wonder Scotland has a health problem... Anways - USF1 that name bugs the life out of me already, seems to me nothing more than cheap marketing in attempt to get American companies to buy into it-surely they could have come up with something better. Also dreading seeing the livery, can just see it now, an F1 car draped in the stars and stripes - nothing against the US flag I just dont want to see it on a F1 racer so hopefully they have enough sense to avoid doing so.hopefully they are in it for longer than some predict but have to agree they could vanish without a trace early doors

yea sunny its the only 1 I could think of. Shame as its a good unit and i'm sure a lot of teams would be interested in adapting it to fit their own cars. If Max was so adamant about the cost savings why wasnt KERS contracted out to Zaytec or whatever company to develop and sold as spec to everybody on the grid if they didnt want to spend fortunes developing their own model. I'm sure a few teams would have been willing to go for it, especially seeing it work as well for Mclaren as it has done. I dontmind KERS just wish all teams had it and none more than Williams with their flywheel concept as the idea of that is brilliant

I was always led to believe that Mclaren manafactured their own KERS system but its not the case, Zytec are the company who are behind it..Google search Mclaren KERS and look for Zaytek revealed as Mclaren suppliers (wont let me post the link - even though its a crash article) Now if they are a seperate company, what is stopping other from purchasing KERS from them for 2010 onwards?

Nico hasnt wasted his time at Williams...he has learnt his trade, learnt it well and reluctantly I think its time for him to step up to one of the big teams and go for the wins, which sadly Williams cars cant provide him at this moment in time. Williams have been getting closer to the front this season and it shows hard work gets you places, after all they dont have the budgets to play with that some have. it would be typical though that Nico leaves and Williams kick it up a gear and have a belter of a car next year that can gain podiums on a regular basis...

If Williams was so bad and didnt treat drivers with respect, why did Mansell sign for them more than once, why did Prost do all he could to get in the car and why did Senna offer to drive for nothing as long as he got in the Williams?Yea they were the best cars at the time but nobody likes to work for people they dont like or respect, so FW must have been doing something right on a personal level. DC admitted he moved to Mclaren for money and that had he stayed put he'd have probably won earlier and more than he did..F1 is all swings and roundabouts - Williams will have their day again.

blzbub - The bahrain circuit is 15-20 minutes TOPS by coach from Manama International Airport and from the outskirts of the city about 5mins - how many circuits are that close??? There is free coach transfers all day to and from the circuit so for fans from other countries its brilliant. The police pretty much shut down every intersection so that GP traffic can get to the circuit hassle free, also Bahrain - the entire island country - is about 1/4 the size of London so its hardly the middle of the desert.

Piquet putting the knife into FBs back for the way he was treated....or....Renault letting slip some info, they'll act upset over the investigation and angry over the ban they'll receive and then storm out of F1 in protest...
