Moto2 threatens 250GP pole at Jerez.
Pity about the one engine for all rule. In more prosperous times I would like to think it would have been an open prototype class, maybe of a smaller displacement, like 450cc or even 350cc, and an allowance for much larger capacity single bore thumpers, maybe even up to 750cc. That would have been wildly interesting, but instead it's pretty tame........but there is only so much companies can spend on development, and it's not bad thing to put the money into frames and geometry etc. Will miss the mighty 2 strokes: they are fun to ride for sure, and have always provided great riders and races at the international level. Kind regards Ricky

Italian MotoGP - Race results.
3 agree.
Gripping race for sure, so glad that it was an Italian bike that finally broke Valentinos great run, at least. Also glad there was no histrionic flag planting etc on a sad day for a great champion. Casey rode a very excellent race, but so did everyone else. Jorge is looking strong who can say what will happen? Bad luck for Dani Kind regards Ricky

Italian Grand Prix - Preview.
The speedtv article was interesting and Noyles made some valid points for sure. Everyone seems to like the big 990's but I preffered the 500's and it took me a while to get used to the big bikes. There were some really good 990 races, but not many I can remember as being truly outstanding. The 800's, well I frankly would hate to see them change much. A few races have been totally thrilling (Laguna, Catalunya for eg) and this year, lets face it if you don't find it exciting, even awesome.....maybe you are the one who has become boring? Casey Valentino Dani Dovi Marco, in no particular order Kind regards Ricky Rickster

Valentino Rossi explains Le Mans misery.
3 disagree.
Hi Monster Yamahas strategy this year is wrong, wait until later in the season. If Valentino doesn't pull one out of the bag Dani or Casey will be WC 09. As I said before, Jorge might get lucky but I doubt it. Kind regards Ricky

Valentino Rossi explains Le Mans misery.
I'm more worried about Yamaha this year than Valentino. At the end of the year it will be Casey or Valentino or Dani. Yamaha have gone down the wrong path, but Jeremy and Valentino are a pair of Aces and can work around that. Jorge might be there too, if he has some luck. Kind regards Ricky

French MotoGP - Friday practice times.
This race is going to be a doozy, at the moment I'm thinking top five no particular order: 1 ducati 1 yamaha 2 hondas and 1 kawasaki. The spoiler could be yamaha, but with the new tires, variable weather anything could happen. Kind regards ricky

Marco and kawasaki look like a good match. It goes to show what a fine line seperates everything in motogp. kind regards ricky
