Nicky is a cool guy, I hope he rides with Ducati next year. he got shafted by Honda/Repsol for sure. The way Honda treated him, a disgrace. They have gone down hill rapidly since losing J.B. Dani is a good rider but he needs to have a great season next year. I suspect Dovi is going to be more difficult on the political side of things, not to mention the riding, Kind regards ricky

Alaywa: And when 8 turns to 18, I'm sure she will be able to handle more of her "own decisions" but generally speaking at this stage their decisions are not all that advanced nor based on deeper criteria....so may I suggest and only suggest for yourself, seeing as your probably closer to 18 than 8, that you take a pill and calm down while watching a clip of Stoner riding to a Ducati assisted win from last season. When your daughter turns 18 you will get what you deserve I guess, maybe she will be going out with the motogp champion of the world. Good luck anyway, kind regards ricky

Barry Sheene....he loved his Dad. On television here the fathers words and wisdom were often quoted by the son. Barry would be in the middle of some great anecdote and would say "Dear Dad, god bless him, told me to do..........". For example, in some race where it had the potential to rain on one section of the track and not the others, Frank told Barry to look out for umbrellas in the crowd as he approached the dangerous section. RIP and many thanks, kind regards ricky

I was thinking of human growth hormones, steroids etc: they would help you heal faster and maybe also help with physical strength. Most sports people don't have the kind of traumatic injuries bike racers can experience, and people who in normal life who have a bad accident will often be treated with such drugs these days, so I was wondering where the line is drawn in motogp....... kind regards ricky

About drug testing and motogp riders. It would be interesting to compare what drugs a damaged motogp rider is allowed to take compared to your average professional athlete/sportsperson. Haga almost got in trouble quite a few years ago, but he was recovering from injury and the topic kind of died: with the injuries brave JL has sustained, to come back time after time so quickly, maybe he should just take it easy and not race for a while and get healed up naturally. In the longer term it would be better for his team also, as well as JL. That highside at Laguna was nasty to watch for sure, I feel bad for him....fantastic talent so don't waste it, or him, Yamaha, kind regards ricky
