So how come there are so many crashes? The 800cc bikes are dangerous imho. I can remember Valentino on the honda 990 full antilock on the steering coming out of a medium speed corner with the motor grunting on and off like a tractor engine. It was unnatural but way good. The 800 would have blown past him mid corner though, so credit where it is due and the 800's bite hard when they go wrong, like the 500's but faster, kind regards ricky

I don't have a translator, but I'll try to explain: I used the word *Pom* in a couple of posts after the English people at Donington boo'd the world champion (who rides on a small underfunded euro bike manufacturer) and some guy wrote in, an Englishman, and said he considered the word Pom to be equally as rascist as the word *Paki*, whatever that means, so the Crash people pulled those couple of Posts. Anyway, if that is the way way it is between Aussie fans and English fans so be it......I think most of Casey's problem in England, and most definitely no where else, is that he rides for an Italian manufacturer. I said a thing about the English press too, who hate Casey kind regards ricky

Womb8t.... Wombait says it all :-) You should worry about your ivory tinkering wannabe, not the world champion. Wow, threatened on two fronts, VR and JT(osser) what are the English (very distinct from the British, and very definitely not Pom now they think it means *Paki*, whatever that is but I'm sure for the English it means BAD) going to do? kind regards ricky

I'm sure checa would agree. (Posted by ingerland) Hey Ingerland, remember Barry Sheene? Before he moved to Australia he was a MotoGp champion. From about 2000 onwards he used to laugh about Checa on the TV commentary over here. Aussies loved him, he was a real champion and great person all round. He used to call Checa *Charlie Chucker* and thought he was a total waste of space, maybe that rubbed off to Casey a bit? kind reagrds, ricky

it looks like you're about to lose F1, don't be shocked if it happens in MotoGP You don't have much to offer, it's a slow slippery and dangerous track, there are too many offs and the sport has moved on quite a bit in terms of facilities all round. And Phillip Island could easily go the same way too, although I heard someone has had the foresight (intelligence?) to start investing on a serious level. Time will tell, kind regards, ricky

Pleople Yeah whatever mate, Casey turned up and won that's what he gets paid to do, and it's what he loves doing and more power to him, shame on the Europeans (=Poms, someone tell them) for disrespecting his performance over the last 18 months. Valentino has nothing but respect and admiration for Casey and it is returned. Donington is an International joke as a facility, almost a disgrace, a danger to the riders for sure. People running on the track while the race is still on??? What about the health of the racers?? Forget riders for health or whatever it was you moaned about. Get your act together before you dump on the world champion, (in particular Pom journalists) kind regards ricky
