BIGSNOOPY, Edwards is using Pedrosa's bike setup and data, that is the only way Edwards could be faster than Rossi. Stoner has been using Dani's setup from the 250cc days, that is why he won the title last year, and Rossi used Dani's data all of his years at the MotoGP (Dani's data from 125 & 250cc), that is why he win more than a few races. I even heard that Leob use Dani's bike setup on his car, that is why Leob is so fast on the tarmac!!!!

Capirossi set to make history at Brno.
1 disagrees.
Saran, you can watch the video as close as you want, even if you take your time and eat some poppadoms in between, but as a Rossete you are blind to see your master is not perfect. As My House mention, Brno is fast and wide, so Rossi would not manage any block-passes on Casey there. Well,if Sete T-bones Rossi into the gravel at Valencia and Edwards take the win, Casey the title... it will be a nice day. We shell see than if Burges repeat his words about "the good old days" and rough riding.

Yes kirun and truefan, the way Rossi T-boned Sete AND the way Rossi behaved afterwords was the worse I've seen, and I don't care that things were worst in the 70-80s. I would love to see Sete do a comeback and T-bone Rossi into the gravel. Even though I want Casey to win the title fair and square against Rossi, Sete t-boning Rossi into the gravel is in my wish list.

Dirk, T-boning is totally cool, as long as you not T-boing Rossi. T-boning Harada is "just hard racing", as well as to T-boning Sete into the gravel, thats even better. But that was long long time ago, I didn't like what he did to Harada, but ever since I can't remember him doing improper things on the track!

Melandri set to ride on.
2 agree.
The Morgue.... so what if Rossi wished Elias well when Elias was in a hospital?? Casey would have wished Rossi well if Rossi was out due to injury, even if Casey tends to say load too much things without thinking about it. Just because Rossi did do something good doesn't means he can't do wrong. Should one think as you Rossi.net folks, so Elias once helped an old lady across the road, then it is totally OK if he rides "dangerously" around Rossi.

Melandri set to ride on.
I bought a Rossi T-shirt at Florence 5 years ago, so I'm totally permitted to say what ever I want!!
Well, any way, Melandri is going to be a back marker at Brno, "good for him" if he really wants that. Ducati should at least put n a third bike with Sete or Canepa on it to do some benchmarks and maybe learn more why all the other 3 riders are so slow. One thing is for sure Stoner is on his own against Rossi and the Yamaha squad.

Tardozzi talks riders for 2009 - EXCLUSIVE.
Corser is a great rider, but Tardozzi is looking for a winner type which pushes the bike every race. Bringing back Sete or Barros is a mistake, Sete doesn't know the tracks, and Barros tend to cruise a lot, and can not do any decent start on a superbike! Lanzi got his shot on a factory Ducati, and Smrz is not consistent.Biaggi is very fast, and he is Italian, but he has many issues and he more likely get in a conflict with his team mate and his team. I think Byrne will do better then Biaggi for less money and with less soup opera in the garage! Niccolo is very interesting, but I wonder id Ducati wants hin at the MotoGP.

Burgess defends Rossi's overtaking.

Rossi about Elias after Turkey GP:"I'm also quite unhappy with Elias today because I think he was quite dangerous - more than once he passed me on the inside and then altered his line. This is not a correct way to race," Well, need to say more?? Why didn't JB said all the bla bla about the times in the 70-80s??? Rossi is also a moaner when things are not going his way.

Nakano to get factory Honda at Brno.
1 agrees.
5 disagree.
Nakano rode decent lately, but by no means deserve a factory bike than other Honda riders. He is Japanese thats why he gets a factory bike before Dovi. Hayden is really weak on the 800cc Honda, but I think any rider including Rossi and Stoner will not do very well on a bike deliberately developed for your team mate who is a gnome (fast gnome!!). I'm not sure about Hayden on a Ducati, as all others then mighty Stoner doesn't manage to race the beast (I hope he go to Ducati though), but put Hayden on a Tech3 and he would beat CE and JT. Hayden is too loyal to Honda, that is his weakness.

Haga fighting for second.
1 disagrees.
cemo, Bayliss won his first title on the 998, Edwards was on the 1000cc SP2. Second title was on the 999, where all were limited to 1000cc. So this is the first year Bayliss have an "advantage". It is the Suzuki which is the strongest kid in WSBK, where the Ducati can't take the Yamaha or the Suzuki on the straits. Bayliss took Corser on the brakes each time.
