BIGSNOOPY, Edwards is using Pedrosa's bike setup and data, that is the only way Edwards could be faster than Rossi. Stoner has been using Dani's setup from the 250cc days, that is why he won the title last year, and Rossi used Dani's data all of his years at the MotoGP (Dani's data from 125 & 250cc), that is why he win more than a few races. I even heard that Leob use Dani's bike setup on his car, that is why Leob is so fast on the tarmac!!!!

Portimao - Race results (1).
2 agree.
It was a pure racing incident, and Fabrizzio was VERY sporty running after Max to say sorry!!! But Biaggi as usual is a primadona and an arrogant overpaid "dust"!! Biaggi, for such events I'm happy you will not ride the Xerox Ducati next year, and that Fabriz keeps his seat!!!

Bayliss scores dominant win.
3 agree.
I agree with you Joe, but I'm happy Bayliss could run away this time to secure a race win on his last racing week-end, was great to see him and the fam on the podium!!! Bayliss you are a champ!!!

Nakano to WSBK with Aprilia.
4 agree.
2 disagree.
I can't see Nakano being a title contender, he should be happy if he managed a win at all. Other MotoGP riders with wins under the belt at the MotoGP found WSBK tougher than they expected (I assume). Abe, he was a midfield at best. Barros, fast some times, crappy starts, one win at Imola. Checa, riding the ex-champ bike, won a double at Miller, but otherwise midfield. Max Biaggi is the best of the "import" riders, had the best bike last year, won an opener and one race at home (Vallelunga). But I think Nakano can help Biaggi developing the bike.

Kallio: 125 to 250 bigger step than MotoGP.
2 disagree.
It is not the first time a 250cc racer claims that the 250-800 transfer is easier than the 125-250 transfer. As mentioned here, he is still 1-2sec behind Stoner. We shell see if Kalio start to fly (as Jorge did)high of the bike when he tries to match Stoner-Rossi-Pedro lap times. Look at Jogre, he also was very fast on the start of the year, but seems like the M1 totally "tamed" him after 2-3 good crashes.

Haga vs. Corser on Yamaha farewell.
2 agree.
2 disagree.
The article is about the race this week-end not next year! Corser VS Haga, well they should put Haga VS Bayliss here, not Corser as he doesn't stand a chance against these 2 "nut-cases" regarding all or nothing attitude when racing for a win. There have been lots of Ben Spies here and there, but I'm not sure Ben will be a title contender next year. I actually thinks it will be Corser to take early lead til Haga "wakes up". Will be interesting if Tardozi manage to get Haga early in "shape".

Melandri impresses on Kawasaki debut.
3 agree.
4 disagree.
Put Stoner or Rossi on the Kawa and you will see that the bike can go faster. I agree that Hopper is faster than how it seemed this year, but he is not better than top 5-6 on a regular basis anyway. Melandri is as Belly say, is a cat! I can't remember when a factory rider was a a back marker every race! He might be faster than Hopper some races, but if things gets hard Hopper will out perform him on the average.
