BIGSNOOPY, Edwards is using Pedrosa's bike setup and data, that is the only way Edwards could be faster than Rossi. Stoner has been using Dani's setup from the 250cc days, that is why he won the title last year, and Rossi used Dani's data all of his years at the MotoGP (Dani's data from 125 & 250cc), that is why he win more than a few races. I even heard that Leob use Dani's bike setup on his car, that is why Leob is so fast on the tarmac!!!!

cem, I understand you about "my pedantic side", this forum is quite effective in bringing out the worst of us sometimes, it is actually the most "aggressive" forum I've ever seen. Shame that it is not more technical minded, and too much "passionate" about each persons idols..... As to Bayliss and his training/fitness, well I think he feels stronger (mentally)if he is strong physically, well based on reading through his diary all these years. Bayliss also need to be fit more than other perhaps due to his riding style! He moves a lot and uses the body all the time to make the bike do things, and he seems to like bikes that need to be tamed... :)

cem, sorry about the M1/R1 mistype, I meant the R1 superbike and not the M1 motoGp, but you could actually figured that out! Haga may be fit, but not as he should be ALL year. I don't think any of the current MotoGP/WSBK riders will manage to follow Bayliss on a bicycle, so claiming he is in better shape than Haga is not fantasy. I do think Bayliss is better then Haga overall, still. But don't take it so hard, I didn't say Haga is not a huge talent, which he is. But he lacks some commitment to perform all year. But I'm sure Tardozi will squeeze that out of him.

Corser for sure, Biaggi is not that great of developing a bike, he always got his bike well developed (when he was successful). I can't remember when he turned "negative" development right again. Corser on the other hand is well known for his abilities here. But on the otherside, Corser can't pull off all his pins like Bayliss/Haga/Xaus and ride for a win or crash, that is why he is not able to win these days.

Marc and some others here, it is actually the M1 who has MUCH more electronics than the Ducati. If you saw the race at the worldsbk.com site you could hear Steve Martin confirms that. No other bike than the M1 of Haga and Corser has so much gizmos/electronics! Bayliss beats Haga on the last 5 laps because he is better, and because he is in better shape. Haga should train more in the winter because the Ducati is heavy and demand more strength than the M1. Shane knows the bike but not all the tracks, Haga, Biaggi, Xaus, Corser knows the tracks but not the bike, it will be interesting ye****

saran and the rest of the Rosset's, can't you for once talk about the technical side of things? It is about the GP9 and the new CF frame, it is not really interesting to talk (AGAIN) about Hayden, Stoner and... how good is Rossi. I think it is about time somebody use CF as the main part og the "frame" in the MotoGP. This technology is well proved and well known already to most bicycle producers and of course F1 and aerospace. If done right, no other standard metal can compete with CF considering adjusting the structure in term of stiffness, strength and weight. Actually the trellis frame is closer to the CF one (then Al frame) due to the excising of micro and macro structure!!

The Ducati frame looks much like the Britten. Th Britten if anybody remember was a masterpiece build by one man and beat Ducati at the Battle Of The Twins series. Shame John Britten died so early and this marvelous bike with him!! just look at the www link at youtube: youtube.com/watch?v=QM_aNwaodd4&feature=related

Puig, nobody gives a **** about you, you are a "sith", a "Saroman", "Worm tongue" etc. !!! One day Gandalf the gray will jinks you properly. I think Dani could do better without you, you are only damaging his image, as I thin Dani is kind of OK dude, its only folks like you who pollutes him!!!! But now Hayden left HRC Honda/Mordor and will be do just fine, may I day better than Dani. Go Hayden.

I cheered for Carl as well when he rode the last 2 titles. But, after Bayliss rode at Monza for the first time, wow!! First time there and fighting with the leading group, man his riding style when he pull all the pins out is the best thing on earth!! Troy would have eaten Foggy for lunch, as Bayliss is good wet or dry and willing to ride hard in a greater degree then Foggy. Would have been nice to see Rossi in WSBK, I'm think Troy would have beaten him on a superbike, but we wil never know :) . And about the Pons Honda, Troy need a rougher bike than the "nice" Honda!!

Checa, WSBK is not the walk in the park some MotoGP dudes thinks it is! There is probably not so much wrong with the bike as JT managed "quite OK" on it.
