Perhaps they aim to "shake up F1" by not suing other teams, whinge about spying or not get fined for millions of dollars. Fancy that? A team which is only interesting in competing and doing the best it can with its resources? I wonder if F1 will be able to support a team of sportsmen?

I don't know. I assume everyone gets paid a fair wage for their work, be they drivers, engineers or computer nerds. After all, if they're good, other teams will be keen to headhunt. So is a bonus scheme really necessary? Isn't their job to do the best that they can to win? I feel the same when I read about bonuses to be paid to footballers and cricketers for winning. They're on enough money all ready. Just go out their and do your "dream" job. I'd love to see a nurse get a bonus for each patient which survives another day under her care, or a cleaner get a bonus for each toilet is sucessfully scrubbed. But we all know that's not going to happen don't we?

Can F1's reputation get any lower? I'm not so sure "no publicity is bad publicity" applied here - because everyone I know has bugger all interest in F1 due to this ongoing debarcle. Still, it's probably for the best. If F1 and those involved in it are happy to piss it all down the toilet, then maybe its not worth following the sport anymore... especially when there's so many alternatives to choose from.

Peter - I live in Britain, and that's an extremely diverse country. In fact, I believe London is the most ethnically diverse city in the world. It may or may not be, because pretty much all of Europe is ethnically diverse these days. I'm pretty sure most people are sickened by it, no matter where they live, or how they choose to live their life. But as the risk of sounding rather clinical things have to be put in perspective. It was only a few people and only one incident. If this does become a trend, then fair enough, crack down on the circuit/governing body.

I find it wrong that Spain as a nation is sullied by these actions though. The stupidity of a few prominent "fans" is nothing compared to the regular jeers, shouts and battles at most European football matches. It's silly, in my opinon, to even consider dropping Span from the GP calendar for what is only _one_ incident. The Media is doing much to keep this in everyone's mind, but I don't blame Crash for reporting. If Crash didn't report the "news" people would only complain Crash wasn't doing its job properly. Anyone can choose to ignore any racism stories on Crash.

How can the 2012 Olympics be 'disastrous' when they haven't happened yet? They could be 'teh bestest Olympics ev-vah™' yet.

We all know F1 is business Reno. Nobody can deny it. But it didn't start out as business. Look at all the privateer entries in the 50s and 60s. Some of them knocked up a car and only entered for one race. If F1 is a business, where does the spirit of competition end, and money begin. If SAF1 run out of funding to carry on in 08, does that set a precident. Does it mean in 10 years time current "mid-level" teams will be judged to be uncompetative? Will their be calls for them to find more money or leave? To me, it's just wrong that F1 *has* to be a business all the time. With team[s] dropping out, you can bet audiences will shrink, and the turnover will fall.

Hamilton also was shown how not to behave by Attila the Hun, Starlin, Jack the Ripper, Adolf Hitler and Mick Hucknell. In fact, there's literally thousands of people Hamilton has decided not to copy.

If I had to pick one time to "remove" from F1, Super Aguri would be bottom of the list. I think most can guess which would be at the top. ;) It''s a shame that ultimately, everything comes down to money, rather than spirit and attitude.
