Come on Marco, fingers crossed you can get it together mate. I''m gutted for him this season. I hate seeing such a talent have such a hard time with a bike :(
If he can get it together I will be very impressed as I thought he may well have given up on it by now....

WSS: Rea shrugs off 'racing incident'.
At the end of the day Rea knows he is going to SBK next year. Obviously he didn't want a year wasted by someone taking him out, but defeat sure tastes better when you know you have a SBK contract in the bag! I like him though, he seems like a nice guy and most would still have spat feathers about being taken out of a championship like that. As for Pitty, he must feel hard done by about the SBK ride. He's not old by any stretch of the imagination but got ousted by a younger guy with possibly more potential at this point. I can see why he'd be sour about it!

Bayliss: Either win... or crash trying.
2 agree.
The absolute epitome of a true racer. Last year of his racing career, last lap of the race and still pushing for race wins like he'd just got into WSBK. What a legend

Stoner: We will keep fighting.
2 disagree.
Ahh well I may have the facts wrong then.
Let's hope it turns out to be close racing though. If Rossi is within a couple of tenths he'll be battling for the race wins as he says...."for sure"

Morgue, I remember reading in MCN that Rossi did not consider Stoner to be a threat to the championship and was concentrating on Pedrosa as his main rival. I did have a look on the web but I can't find any info on this for you. I'm sure it was around Catalunya some time. Stoner was 45 points off the lead at one point and Pedrosa and Rossi were extremely close. It may have been taken out of context by MCN but didn't surprise me that Rossi was playing a few mind games with Stoner using the press.

I just don't know about this one. Is Rossi really going to stick his neck out if he's 7/10ths off and it comes down to a Laguna Seca moment again? I want to be wrong but Rossi will surely ride with his head and settle for second in that situation? He already made the mistake of publicly writing Casey off for the championship just before he skittled Randy De Poulet and threw away those points. Casey has nothing to lose and will be riding at his absolute limit to make sure he gets those wins. I wish it was closer in points as it would force everyone to ride at the absolute limit.

Toseland: WSBK as hard as MotoGP.
I was running out of characters so it might have seemed a bit blunt!! I meant that he does a lot of PR before races etc and it MIGHT be becoming harmful to his race performances. Not that the piano is rubbish and he should stop altogether. I hope that clears that up for you!

I can't wait for JT to come good and shut up the idiots on this thread. Those who are asking why he went to moto gp instead of staing in WSBK have no idea what they are talking about. Moto GP is the pinnacle of bike racing and anyone with a scrap of competitive blood in their veins wants to race in Moto GP against the best. At least JT isn't a glory hunter that could have just stayed in WSBK to get a few more titles. As for people whooping JT...yes of course the seasoned riders are going to beat him in his rookie year. he's had barely any experience of riding prototype machines and is going to take time to get used to it. I agree get rid of the piano lark and get his head down!
