MotoGP » Espargaro slams last-lap overtakes, pit stop ruling

@VKAL the likely reason for the Ducati tyre blow was overheating. Michelin probably saw some temps from other bikes getting close to the critical level. at which Redding's tyre blew. Or do you think that race direction and Michelin should have waited for another couple of incidents before they acted? Maybe somebody should break his neck first? Have you ever tried to slide your bum over tarmac at 200 km/h? It gets pretty hot.

MotoGP » Espargaro slams last-lap overtakes, pit stop ruling

@VKal Michelin has to make tyres that are safe to use by all manufacturers and all riders. So I would force Michelin to change the tyres. The Ducati's always had a lot of torque, that is not new -and there is no rule against massive amounts of torque and power-. Teams are allowed to hire 60 to 200kg heavy riders. It's not like a Bridgestone front causing some problems with the Honda frame, it was still a safe tire. This tire appears to be unsafe, so Michelin has to deal with it. And they have a solution with the harder medium, so I guess they will run that one at Austin.

MotoGP » Rossi felt 'betrayed' by Marquez 'tricks'

Rossi will have a fun year then. Marquez's strategy this year will be to sit on Lorenzo or Rossi's tail and try to steal the win in the last corner. Unbelievable that Vale is dragging this into this year. He needed a press conference to get the attention of race direction.... Hardly had any trouble commanding Ezpeleta to his van later on right? FFS stop the whining.
