Rossi playing catch-up - again.
8 agree.
2 disagree.
Pretty poor to slag off Stoner all the time. Who else is going to give Rossi competition at any time during the remainder of the year. 3-win, moving away from Honda Hayden? The new giveupnau spaniola Puigdrosa? Try to break every bone Lorenzo? Sattelite bike riders? Would you be posting the same "boring" ***** time and time again if Rossi was cruising every time to 20 second gaps? I want to have edge of the seat to the last lap close racing the whole year. Nobody but Rossi and Stoner are giving us that. The others are just to fill the grid this year.

Massa wins European GP.

I fell asleep and missed (or didn't) 60% of the race. This track is booooooooooring and unexciting to watch as a location. Massa, Hamilton, Kubica well done. Kimmi and Heikki should be able to do better, with or without blowing up an engine. Maybe next year, with KERS, the ban on earo gizmo's it will be closer, but I doubt it.

Stoner keeps 'new set-up' on top.
1 agrees.
Read the article, Stoner claims that Qualifying is not his problem (as the list of poles suggest too), so he didn't push the qualifiers like you would in qualifying.

MotoGP 'corner safety' discussed at Brno.
3 agree.
2 disagree.
V4 vs inline 4, carbon frame vs alu-alloy frame, front weight balance vs back weight balance, forward rotating cranks vs backward rotating cranks, desmo vs pneumatic vs spring valves. Ohlins vs Showa, etc.... So also Michelin vs Bridgestone vs anyone else who dares to take up the challenge. At this moment Michelin is disgraced, that should be an incentive for them to develop better stuff, not to run away or try to take control as single supplier (because I think Brdigestone isnt interested in single supplier racing). We already have superbike semi-stock racing. Keep prototype prototype racing.

One company already is running its 2009 bike and is far advanced with the development of it. All based on current engine management and tire performance. It's interesting talk, but I don't see it happening in 2009. This is prototype racing for f* sake. If you want to slow down cornerspeeds, introduce a 1200cc engine rule for 2010. The more moving internal mass will slow cornerspeeds down, combine it with a ban on TC and we are in for some great fun. If HRC doesn't like what Michelin is giving them, they should complain harder to them and not to Dorna.

Brno - Qualifying times.

Maybe you should try to hang your back end out and then back off, that's exactly what gets you a highsider. When it goes, you keep the power down.

Rossi & Stoner show opens Brno.

I wonder if any of the motogp teams have already picked up on the idea of Mclaren to run different gas response/injection maps for different corners to get different torque from the engine when you change gears and push a button at the same time.... Lorenzo could benefit hugely to make the engine less peaky when coming out of slow corners with cold tires.... There is so much possible with electronics, even with a standard ECU. TC isnt going away I think. It will be on the street next year.

Even on track Kimmi was one of the first to congratulate Heikki. Have you actually seen the end of the race?

Alonso: Renault suffering for following rules.
2 disagree.
You can do things to the engine on the basis of "safety issues", a nice escape route. And while I do not have time to find hard evidence at this moment, it is a fact that both Ferrari and McLaren have made suspicious major changes to the engines based on that rule. Accidentily leading to more power for both. There was an article about it a couple of months ago.
