F1 » F1: Vettel admits skipping qualifying ‘very likely’

richard: logical. he will have a new engine and as the bull will qualify around 5th, his penalty will bring him down to 15th. and if there are only 18 cars, he might as well start from the pits and choose tyres at the last moment.
You know Richard, l am thinking we might see Seb drive the freckle out of the car and have his best race of the season....new PU, leaving the team, last few races....No Pressure...which l think is his chink , and has been most of the year...Seb made a lot of racing errors this year, which l believe was caused by not being the in dom car and having to drive in the pack, but mainly being beaten by his inexperience teammate......

F1 » F1: McLaren confirms Michael departure

DennisKwok: I have to laugh at how many people out there seem to think they're experts as to Sam Michael's abilities or lack of. I'm pretty sure that none of you have the foggiest idea as to what Michael did on a day to day basis, let alone as to how competant he was doing said duties. He was held in extremely high regard at Williams, but his lack of success there was down to a problem with the structure at Williams and that he was having to do way too many jobs at once. I also think it's fair to say that Mclaren's engineering haven't exactly done the best job in recent years and you can only polish a turd so much at the race track. In fact, there have been a lot of instances where the race team have out-performed the car.
Tend to agree kwok, Williams probs started when they over paid ralf and monty,, and then stuffed up there wind tunnel causing them to lose sponsors , that brought on major financial hardship...they proceeded to slide down the grid....Sam g

F1 » Ricciardo’s poor start ‘frustrating’

Richard based on this years efforts Seb is a 5 mill driver at best....time will tell with Ferrari..but if Ferrari take leaps it will not because of Seb ,it will be done off the track with car development....Oh btw Dan started the race with blistered tyres caused by him out quali Seb...might of explained Seb getting ahead on brand new tyres...but in the end the cream rose to the top at RB....
