F1 » Dennis: No question we are going forward

Buzz45: of his own pocket to buy himself out of a contract.
Buzz ,,Clearly Ron thinks he is circulating also, he has asked him to try harder, WC or not he is not on top of his game. Been quite a few soft WCs over the year with super Dom cars, l rank button just under Hill as the softest. Point being he is not worth 0.6 mill this year. Didn't Dennis say that he expects that from all his drivers? So how is it that Button beat Hamilton and Villeneuve in equal cars when both of them were previous champions ? Does that make Villeneuve and Hamilton even softer than Button? JV has 8 retirements 2003 and did not drive the last in disgust , to buttons 4,, hardly wheel to wheel racing ,,and the Bar was crap. 2011 was a bad year for lulu he was in crisis with his GF on again off again,, airing his dirty laundry to the press his dad and general motivation ECT ECT, who ever knows with Lulu...lulu took the honours in 2012 with his gf back.

F1 » Dennis: No question we are going forward

Buzz45: $ 842.000 for circulating a track for few hours..... X 19 =16 Million.... Button is laffing all the way to the bank
If you think that's all he does you obviously know nothing about F1 or what it takes to be an F1 driver and a World Champion as well. If you're talking about money, don't forget the money he paid out of his own pocket to buy himself out of a contract. Buzz ,,Clearly Ron thinks he is circulating also, he has asked him to try harder, WC or not he is not on top of his game. F1 » Horner certain ‘frustrated’ Vettel will respond

Googolplex:
bob jane: LOL @ the Aussie fanfare in here is turning the non Aussie posters off Dan.
Bob, I don't know who said that (appears to have been deleted), but I would assume that any mature poster on this thread will make their mind up about drivers based on the attributes of the individual driver, unaffected by any perceived or otherwise view of their fans' behaviour or 'fervour'.
Sorry Goog my reply to you keeps getting deleted..

F1 » Horner certain ‘frustrated’ Vettel will respond

richard: i see the aussie support force is in full swing! vettel has had mechanical / electrical problems in nearly every quali this year, but when the car has been ok, he has been far closer to the mercs than anyone else. .05s wasnt it? anyway, it is RACE performance that matters, and util he can have a trouble free races, there is little point in trying to prove that "my guy" is faster than "your guy".
Richard does that include when my guy drove around your guy in Bahrain? with same tyre life, drs WORKING, fuel loads and kers ect ect. Your pro Seb arguments so far this year are very thin , funnily l am a fan of Vet and l do expect him to bounce back but Dan is out driving him so far this year. Even Helmut admits Dan is getting more out of the car unless of course you know more than Helmut?

F1 » Dennis: McLaren won’t write off 2014

l am not sure about Buttons motivation this year he seems below par,..might be the new regs or the passing of his father ,,,, he is massively overpaid and as a return on investment he is under preforming,, even with all the Mac problems. Think it might be his last.. l never quite got the Button hype, he has always been one step below the best IMO even though he did win a wc with that diffuser... but half the field could of in Buttons Brawn..

F1 » Lauda: ‘Alarm bells are ringing’

Taipan: I agree with Richard on the Dan and JEV comparison, they were very close as team mates. Nobody could say one looked like a future champion and the other looked like an also ran. I'm not sure what's made Dan step up so much this season but he has been arguably driver of the season so far. It's funny because most would have said Alonso, Vettel, Kimi and Lulu were the 4 stand out drivers going into this season (and their salary's would echo that claim) yet 3 of the 4 are being well beaten, albeit reliability issues have played a part (in Vettel's case!)
Taipan they were poles apart, tire rules made them look a lot closer...Dan was finishing races with tires that were over the cliff losing 5 secs a lap......You and Richard are very wrong on this..you need to read more about Tosts and Redbull views on this.
