if JT finishes 4/5 it will be a great result for him. i don't think he is good for a podium this week,but who knows hope for him he gets close. as for Superbike,MotoGP. how come no MotoGP as ever became a Superbike champ. some very successful MotoGP riders went over to Superbike the managed to win but never really became championship contender???

baybe my memory is not as strong as it use to be but when did Gibernau ride the 800cc Ducati??? and i don't remember him doing so well on the 990cc Ducati. he finished 13Th in the championship,not even once on the podium so not the greatest. i think Gibernau wont go well on the Ducati his riding style is a aggressive Honda style like Hayden,Melandri style. i just hope for Ducati he doesn't fall too much like he did last time on a Duke

Aoki is Suzuki's test ride. in his contract it probably says that if there is a free seat he is the first option. that's all,maybe he is not the best rider but a contract is a contract. the Japanese factory will always love a jap on the bike.

if they change the rules is will change everything. it will take several years to develop new bikes it will cost billion's of euros. it will be sad to see 15 or so bikes on the ex 250cc grid . the chances to find new talent will be harder as well.
