The only way for Rossi to stay ahead is to do exactly what he did at Laguna and duff the wee lad up! Stoner didn't have to fight particularly hard last season, and hadn't been tested in the 3 races leading up to Laguna.

I thought it was very interesting to see his reaction, and I'm looking forward to seeing if Vale has got in his head - which I think he probably has...the boy's a master at it!

If Vale has got to Stoner then it's game over for the young whipper snapper! :)

Four wins in five starts???? Not bad for someone who allegedly only has a ride on the back of his dad's name! :) There's no way he'll win the championship, but you can't argue that he's the most on form rider at the minute.

I really like Tom, I think he's come on in leaps and bounds this year and he's done a great job at Suzuki, but I'd have liked him to stay one more year in BSB. Maybe for selfish reasons, but I rationalise it to myself by telling me that he's good, but given a little bit more time could be so much better. Maybe the World stage will be the making of him, I really hope so. I'd hate to see him end up a mid pack runner in Worlds.

Saltbush, maybe they don't like Australians, but I'm sure they'd much rather have an Australian who's winning races (and Casey WILL win races)than an Italian who's not! Casey will be on the Duke next season, I've no doubt about that, Melandri on the other hand...

Saltbush are you kidding??? Stoner is Ducati's most successful GP rider, you might not like the kid (hell, I don't) but there's NO WAY Ducati will even consider cancelling his contract!

I could be wrong here, but that's the second race where Stoner has come off and managed to keep the bike running. Isn't there supposed to be some safety device that cuts the engine when the bike goes down?? :?

Absolutely ban all electronic aids, it would make for a much more level playing field and then we'd see just how good riders are rather than having their talents (or lack of) masked by a bloody laptop!

He may have read the board, but I doubt 2/10ths had him with brown stains in his pants. I'm no Stoner fan, by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm just not convinced he fell due to 'pressure'
