MotoGP » MotoGP confirms ITV highlights deal

Highlights 24hrs after a race after dodging various social media sites to prevent spoilers is a non-starter for me. It just doesn't rock my boat tbh!! As much as I hate the fact of paying £15.00 to BT sport solely for Moto GP (I dont really watch football), there sadly is no alternative if you want to watch the race live. So I just phoned up Sky and told them I could get BT sport for free if I left Sky and got my boradband etc through BT. Sky reduced my package by £15.00 a month so apart from the initial "admin fee" of £15.00, I now have BT Sport in HD for no extra costs. If you don't ask you don't get!!!

MotoGP » Bridgestone goes multi-coloured for MotoGP 2014

Codger: Deano B.......Have I missed something ? Have Crash deleted a post, so soon after I praise them ? :)
Yeah mate. I was making crash aware that the article published repeated itself half way through and I made a little harmless joke about copy and paste and Crash promptly deleted my comment and amended the article!! haha! I thought your comment was having a pop at me!

MotoGP » MotoGP winter test dates confirmed

Reading the article made me think about the current MotoGP calendar.... Is it just me or does anyone else think that the break between the end of the season to the beginning of the next season is way too long? I understand that the riders obviously need a decent break after their hectic season and to test next years machinery, but if you dont include the testing dates off season it's more or less 5 months between Valencia to Qatar. Even footballers dont have that much time off!! Surely with the introduction of new tracks, instead of squeezing them into the what is already a mad schedule. Dorna could perhaps spread the races out a bit more so we dont have to wait all this time to enjoy our sport?

MotoGP » Marquez, Pedrosa summoned by Race Direction

When oh when will this soap opera end? There has been many instances where riders and/or their machines have touched others previous to this during a race and no action was taken so why should this be seen differently? For once this clearly wasnt a reckless move by MM and it would be very unfair to penalise him. Even Suppo said if they was to try and simulate this many times they couldnt as it just doesnt happen. Just put it down to a racing incident as everyone knows it is and put it to bed. Controversy sells... Seems to me this exercise of waiting till the next GP is nothing more than hype by MotoGP to sell more tickets at the turnstiles.

MotoGP » Dovizioso: We'll try to do our best

@DamZen1 "Nicky only got the c/ship in 2006 coz the 2 Ducatis touched and took Loris out,Loris was also winning on the bike so it's not just a Stoner thing" Nicky got the championship in 2006 simply because he was the most consistent rider period.... If we was to look at any other rider that year that could have had any impact on the outcome of that championship you should be looking at Rossi. He had 3 retirements that year (and the off at Valencia) which deffo cost him the championship. Granted Loris was doing well - deffo his best year ever in Moto GP and the big off in Catalunya the injuries he carried will of affected him moving forward but even if that didnt happen Rossi was stronger, Loris still would not have won the championship on the Duc. As for Bayliss I think that both Hayden and Rossi were solely concentrating on beating each other for the championship rather than fighting Troy for the race win
