F1 » Ecclestone slams Red Bull for driver feud

In regards to the argument that people are betting on the races one would have to be a fool to bet on F1 without taking into consideration the possibility of team orders coming into play. While I do not like teams neutralizing the racing it is a bit different than forcing a driver to swap positions with a teammate. When you have teammates with a history of incidents and without trust or respect for each other it is only natural to try and keep them from going wheel to wheel.

F1 » Father insists Webber will race on

Has anyone considered that maybe Red Bull didn't want Vettel to race Webber because Webber cannot be trusted to race fairly? The way that he almost put Vettel into the pit wall should have attracted the attention of the stewards. You can bet that Schumacher would not have gotten away with a dodgy move like that.

F1 » Horner plays down Webber quit speculation

@nealio - perhaps you should read the interview with Horner in which he calls out Webber for racing Vettel in Brazil when he was asked not to. In Abu Dabi they had to call Webber into the pits to keep him from racing Vettel. Not following team orders is not cheating. Why should Vettel follow team orders when Webber refuses to? If anyone cheated it was Webber for almost forcing Vettel into the pit wall. For some reason Webber gets away with this dodgy driving while Schumacher would get penalties for the same thing. I really don't know why Red Bull even kept such a disloyal driver. They should have parked him after the Silverstone shenanigans a while back.
