F1 » Hamilton: I don’t want it easy

Stuey99: Been watching since about 1988. We should be thankful that we had at least two drivers going for it - even if it was because of the stupid double points rule.
Actually there was a 17 point difference going into the last race so the double points race had nothing to do with it going down to the wire.

F1 » F1: Ecclestone ‘disappointed’ in Vettel, Alonso

Steve: Let’s start off 2015 in the right direction, GET RID OF BERNIE. This old dinosaur should have left the sport when Max was discarded, do not allow a three car team and restructure the end of year points/fund formula to help out the smaller teams, and speaking of Dinosaurs, also get rid of David Hobbs, we needs better race commentator in the USA that raced in this century and get rid of the Clag description for track marbles.
Maybe I am alone on this but I like Hobbs. He is the only one of them that seems to have a sense of humor.

F1 » Verstappen: Mercedes F1 focus wrong for juniors

HRC: What a load of pish, the simple fact is there wasn't a drive at Merc in 2015 there is one at RB so that is where he has gone. IF he had been offered a Merc drive in 2015 or even 2016/17 does anyone really think he'd still have gone to RB, no thought not. He's simply fast tracked onto the F1 grid with help from his dad.
He was talking about the junior programs not his F1 drive. I don't think that there is any doubt that Red Bull's junior program is more robust than the others.

F1 » F1: Rosberg tension has gone – Hamilton

107SS2009: Nobody beats the other Mercedes driver when it comes to wanting to park it during a race.
Yeah, because the other driver shows common sense when it comes to saving engines when points are not achievable . Good to see someone using their Brains.
At least you admit that he stopped voluntarily. Most of the fanboys like to say that Nico took Lewis out.

F1 » Hamilton: Rosberg and I will handle 2015 better

Zizzu10: I wonder how the anti Lewis brigade felt when Lewis tuboed passed Nico before turn 1 or when he passed the finish line, last Sunday in Abu Dhabi. The question will be which one is more painful Abu Dhabi 2014 or Brazil 08? Was it passing Nico before turn 1, or passing Timo Glock at the last corner. Taipain and Richard just bear in mind, you are talking about a double world champion. Some people kept on reminding me of Nico who was still praying for Lewis car to break down whilst been passed by Adrian Sutil. I know its painful and I know some have cried every night but look at the bright side, you get to do it all again in 12 months time
I think that Lewis was less deserving in 2008 but at least it was one of the most exciting finales that I have seen. It didn't matter which of them won this year and the last race was a let down.

F1 » Lauda: Rosberg will fight back

ProfessorDave: Well one myth has certainly been dispelled this year - the one that said Hamilton is the quickest driver over a single lap. Rosberg out-qualified Hamilton 12-7.
Lewis Hamilton is the winner of this year’s DHL Fastest Lap Award, so he is still the fastest driver
In my opinion the fastest race lap is very misleading as it may have been set with the aid of DRS. How can you compare that to a driver who was not allowed to use DRS on that lap?

F1 » Ferrari appoints new F1 team principal

rob01: Fernando said he was presented the car plans for 2015 and it was the same thing as the previous 4 plans. He saw no differences. This after being convinced that the wind tunnel was the root of all their evils.
rob. you are really falling behind! ferdi had told ferrari several months ago that he was leaving. since then, ferrari has gone under drastic change. glad to see sunny is keeping up to date! now, do you really think that ferrari would tell ferdi all their secrets for 2015. and do you really think that ferdi would know what the under the skin difference would be? and do you think that he would know what differences there would be to the engine, bearing in mind that even now, nobody knows. and then there is your comment that ferdi thinks that the wind tunnel is the problem? did he tell you that in one of his personal tweets to you? the problem is the engine!
I am pretry sure that he was joking.

F1 » Ferrari appoints new F1 team principal

Tesla: I reckon Ferrari have lost their marbles. Evidently, Sergio Marchionne doesn't know what he's doing. This entire thing was a charade. I mean, there wasn't any solid reason for Stefano and Luca to leave the company had those planned well on pooling on the resources through hiring, investing and retaining FA too. I think Ferrari finished second in two seasons, isn't it? Why to shake up entire structure, especially when they are going through difficult economic conditions?
Luca leaving was about the upcoming stock floatation not the F1 team.
