F1 » Six of the Best: Fernando Alonso wins

jesse: still don't know why FA used KR chassis in Bahrain test.
Try to keep up. This has been stated numerous times on these forums. Testing can only take place with one car per team at FIA-approved sites and cannot take place outside of Europe without the agreement of a majority of the teams. Ahead of a session, teams must inform the governing body of their schedule so that an observer can be appointed if deemed necessary. All cars must be fitted with the standardised, FIA-approved Electronic Control Unit and have successfully passed all FIA-mandated crash tests.

F1 » Montoya not excited by F1

107SS2009: Montoya was very bitter at his treatment in F1 and went back to racing a left hand corner 500 lap race, sometime after he left he said “I haven’t watched any F1 races since I left” and that was good news for F1 but lately his bitterness seems to have worsened after driving all those left hand corners over there and running out of his allotted ten 20 second each 2psi boost PTP, and so he has started watching F1 racing again and that is bad for F1.
He has only been back in Indycar for two races and neither one was an oval race.

F1 » Baku claims contract signed for F1 street race

Quicklyfasthurry: Don't forget Spain (40), Malaysia(53), Italy(69), Brazil (72), India(94). And the most corrupt of them all is not your Somalia's or Afghanistan's but which other than the US of A. You forgot to mention your source was importantly based on 'The Corruption Perceptions Index, published by Transparency International, measures the PERCEIVED levels of PUBLIC-sector corruption in a given country' Needless to say F1 and corruption go hand in hand
I looked at that site and the U.S. is no where near the most corrupt. You need to look at the table again.

F1 » Montoya not excited by F1

Dario: And for my two cents, Indy (or CART?) has no interesting tracks, no interesting personalities, cars that look and sound like poop, and pretty bad commentary and tv coverage. So even less reason to watch. I reckon the show is better for Juan from behind the wheel, which is to be expected.
You have some valid points but I would disagree about there being no interesting tracks. And if you think that Indycars sound bad you must really hate how the F1 cars sound now.

F1 » Roland Ratzenberger, remembered by David Brabham

tommytrojan1: If I'm not mistaken, wasn't that the same weekend when Reubens Barichello had a near fatal crash in practise as well? It was a VERY black weekend, for sure.
Not only that but the accident at the start which sent wheels over the fence and into the spectator area and then towards the end of the race when a wheel came off in the pits at speed. It is hard to believe that so many accidents happened in one weekend. There could have been even more people killed.
